I have purchased Kenstar water purifier (RO+UV) from Flipkart which installation took 4 days but Flipkart promised next day installation after delivery and moreover the technician did not agree to check TDS level even after several phone calls (all calls recorded) from 12.07.2025 to 21.07.2025 (10 days continuesly) no one visited to check TDS till now so the Flipkart & Kenstar both should take responsibility to complete my TDS check process as earrly as possible otherwise kindly return my water purifier also Kenstar company must ask for apology before for this type of movement (Invoice Number # FAPHWQ[protected]).
N. B - I have made complaint also before Consumer Forum regarding the same matter (vide complaint no - 7529137 & 7564363) which resolution is still pending
