NOW, I CANT REVIEW THE PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE A CAPABLESERVICE DEVLIVERY SETUP THAT CAN INSTALL THE PRODCUT FOR PUTTING IT INTO USE<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Bought Kent supreme through ebay.in on 02 April 2014.
The product is genuine & was received in good condition – even as per KENT service guys.
Got it delivered on 9th April; managed to find the proper installation request telephone number few days later; was asked to email the details, so sent them on April16th.
Below is the copy of my email to KENT rep on April’29 2014.
Even today, 03 June 2014 the product still hangs as a decorative piece in my kitchen!!

Did I make a terrible mistake in choosing Kent supreme??
Myself & my family are totally frustrated even before using the product.
I had requested for installation on April 16, 2014.
But the 15, 000 I spent on this product is still sitting idle.
Wondering what kind of service is this?
They were not even able to get a guy on promised time to complete an installation that would not have taken an hour.
Then they sent an in-experienced guy yesterday who took 4long hours and managed to mess up the board. Now, I have been told that they will replace the board.
I don’t think we have the time & patience to struggle with these guys for coming years for a "water filter"!! Not sure how seriously is this being considered for such delays even to install it, then they mess up the filter.
I just ordered a water filter so that I can provide a safer drinking water to my family.
Now I’m in a complete mess created by irresponsible &insensitive service guys.
I would have accepted the part replacement if the board failed while in use, but not for something that happened during installation.
I need the product to be replaced. If not, you can take the product back, I would be relieved of my headache in dealing with these people. I now feel, the Bottled water was hassle free if not safer..
I have brought this issue so that you would put an end to all the fiasco that is happening around and get an amicable solution.
Someone takes a life’s hard work to build a brand while some effortlessly brings it down.
Along with the product quality, Please ensure you have the quality& capable service people.
