Kerala Water Authority — Payment failed but money is debited

On 7th July at 6:58 pm, I started the bill payment but after I entered the otp for the transaction suddenly the page get refreshed and the payment failed but money is debited from my account . My kwa consumer id : [protected]. The amount is 912... after I wait for some time and I paid the bill in second try.
