    Respected Ma'am/Sir,

    15 days back neyyattinkara municipality workers came, cleaned the rain water channel in kannipuram road ( NEXT TO NEYYATTINKARA COURT) and dumbed the waste on mid of the road. For past 15 days here people feeling difficult to drive vehicle and elderly people feeling difficult to pass the road.

    Kindly pl take necessary action to clear the dumped wastage from road side to access the road safely.

            കരുനാഗപ്പള്ളി, ആലപ്പാട് പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ ശ്രായിക്കാട് തുറയിൽ എത്രയോ നാളുകളായി ജനങ്ങൾ അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പ്രശ്നമാണ് കുടിവെള്ളം ധൗർലഭ്യം. മനുഷ്യർക്കു ഏറ്റവും അത്യാവശ്യമാണ് കുടിവെള്ളം, ഇതിനു ഒരു പരിഹാരം ഇതുവരെ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല. ഇത്രയും കാലതാമസം വരാൻ എന്താണ് കാരണം. ഇവിടുത്തെ ജനപ്രതിനിധിക്കൽപോലും മുന്നിട്ടു വരുന്നില്ല. ഇനിയും ഇതിനൊരു പരിഹാരം കാണുന്നില്ലങ്കിൽ ഇനി ജനങ്ങൾ മുന്നിൽ നിൽക്കും, സമരമെങ്കിൽ സമരം അതാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ തീരുമാനം, കുട്ടികളടക്കം, ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് കുടിവെള്ളം കിട്ടിയേ തീരു

                Our neighbour is always digging the area near the pipe and breaking the pipe every weak. Despite repeated warnings she is always repeating this. Please help us on this for the trouble she is causing to the people who are dependent on this pipe water. Daily lots of water is getting wasted because of her misbehavior.

                I request the concerned authority to look into this matter and make sure she does not repeat this horrific act of breaking the water pipe.

                  Consumer ID - [protected], Consumer No. AKT/3329/D
                  Bill No. 72835568 date 08/03/2021 shows previous meter taken on 14/01/2021 reading as 544 and current reading as on 13/03/2021 as 598 with consumption of 54KL. the bill amount was Rs.490.
                  Next bill No. 77864865 dated 07/07/2021 shows, no previous reading and current reading as on 09/07/2021 as 620 and consumption as 54 which is preprinted. The bill amount is preprinted as Rs.1026.
                  Thus with current reading on 13/03//2021 is 598 and current reading on 09/07/2021 is 620 ie. the actual total consumption from 13/03/21 to 09/07/2021 is only 22 KL[protected] for which consumption is preprinted as 54 and an abnormal amount of Rs.1026 is charged.

                  The wrong billing and abnormal amount charged may please be clarified and corrected.

                      We the residents of Thapovanam Apartments, St.Sebastian road, Palathuruthu, kadavanthra, hasnot been getting water since last week. apart from the huge bill we are getting from water authority, we have to pay daily Rs 1200 for tanker lorry. When our people contacted your office, we were informed that the pumping force has been reduced and that's the reason why we are not getting water. Please take a necessary action as we are having aged people as well as kids in our flats and its horrible to survive without adequate water. Thank you.

And when i tried to pay the bill online it was 1268 rupees. We are not staying in our for the past 3 months and still this much amount is coming as bill . Kindly do the needful

                          The revamped Kerala Water Authority website is not functioning properly since early July hence unable to pay the bills in due time. None of the online services is functioning creating undue hardship for the subscribers especially in the present Covid 19 pandemic situation.

                            during this covid time the Kerala water authority is forcing consumers to physicaly go to the KWA office to make the bill payment.

                              Payment failed but money is debited

                              On 7th July at 6:58 pm, I started the bill payment but after I entered the otp for the transaction suddenly the page get refreshed and the payment failed but money is debited from my account . My kwa consumer id : [protected]. The amount is 912... after I wait for some time and I paid the bill in second try....

                                My consumer ID is [protected] and consumer number is ELT/2720/D. I have made a payment of Rs.1, 112/- on 08/07/2021 using my Federal Bank Debit Card, and the amount debited from my account on the same time itself. (Reference is ECM/1655/KERALWATAX and Federal Bank transaction ID is S83921076.) But unfortunately this amount is not credited to KWA account till date. I informed my Bank about this on 12/07/2021 and the have confirmed that the amount is debited from my account.

                                  GOVT Polytechnic College പോകുന്ന വഴിയിൽ വാട്ടർ അതോറിറ്റിയുടെ പൈപ്പ് പൊട്ടി റോഡിൽ തുള ഉണ്ടായി വെള്ളം പുറത്തേക്ക് ഒഴുകുന്നു. എനിക് ഇത് ആരോട് ആണ് പരാതി നൽകേണ്ടത് എന്ന് അറിയില്ല. ഞാൻ വാട്ടർ അതോറിറ്റി ഓഫീസിലേക് വിളിച്ചിരുന്നു പക്ഷെ ഒരു നടപടിയും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല. ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു റോഡ് കാരണം ഒരു ജീവൻ നഷ്ടമാവാൻ സാധ്യത വളരെ കൂടുതൽ ആണ്.
                                  പൈപ് പൊട്ടി പോകുന്നതിന്റെ കാരണം ഇതിലൂടെ വലിയ വാഹനങ്ങൾ പോകുന്നത് മൂലമാണ്
                                  ഇവിടെ കൊച്ചു കുട്ടികൾ താമസിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലം ആയതിനാൽ
                                  അപകട സാധ്യത കൂടുതലാണ്.
                                  ഇതിനു ഉടൻതന്നെ എന്തെങ്കിലും തീരുമാനം എടുക്കണമെന്ന് ഞാൻ താഴ്മയായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
