[Resolved]  Kerala Water Authority — water connection disconnect

I am JOSE DOMINIC, SPICE COAST CRUISES, PUTHANANGADY, MUHAMMA PANCHAYATH, CHERTHALA TALUK, ALAPPUZHA DIST, My consumer no: MH 64 Dear Sir, we had got a water connection from Cherthala A .E office K.W.A in the year 2010. But from this period yet there is no water, but we paid water charges every month . 2012 december came the Cherthala A.E office, for against the above complaint, that time A.E, suggested to temporary disconnect your connection (our connection is non domestic} Now a days we got water . then we came to the KWA Cherthala for cancel the temporary disconnection. but they told us, your connection permemently disconnect, and apply new connection. What is this ? Please connect my water connection
