Dear Sirs, I have booked 1 Bus Ticket on 22.1.15 from Vijayawada to Hyderabad by Kesineni Travels for 29.1.15 and later cancelled due to some problem and booked another ticket for the same day and also journey performed. The cancelled ticket of PNR AD218C is still not received by me as the same was online payment of my account of SBI. Already 10 days passed the helpline people are not giving correct information. You are requested to immediately arrange refund of the cancelled ticket. (Passenger Name : Ms.Vasireddy Parvathi, PNR:AD218C).

No payment received even after taking up with Consumer Complaints forum from M/s Kesineni Travels for the cancelled ticket of PNR :AD218C, Pl. arrange the payment immediately as already 10 days passed.
Refund of cancelled ticket not received even after 10 days of cancellation . PNR AD218C OF KESINENI TRAVELS ; JOURNEY DATE : 29.1.15; VIJAYAWADA TO HYDERABAD.

      We have booked 3 times tickets from Hyderabad to Raipur . in the name of P.V.S. RAO on 05/07/2014. the transactions were failed. Still I did not get back the amount. I spoke so many times to customer care. but not got any response Journey date : 06/07/14 online payment from SBI A/c Rs. 4200/-( three tickets) I want to know when i will get this amount. already 1 month gone. if the amount is not refund within 3 days . I have to go for some other way P. Aruna

        Hi, I have booked bus ticket on 15th May 2014 through the Merchant site URL: http://www.kesinenitravels.com. Amount got debited from my account but Bus ticket is not booked successfully due to transaction got failed. Till now the amount is not getting credited to my account after 20 days. I have called customer care and mailed separately to resolve this issue but every time they are saying amount will be credited with in 48 hours. This is ridicules . For failed transaction amount should be debited with in 5 days. But KESINENI TRAVELS IS NOT RETURNING THE MONEY FOR FAILED TRANSACTIONS EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS ALSO. Please do needful and take appropriate action against them. Please find the below transaction details which was not credited to my account.           Sir, i have booked the ticket on 24/09/2013 on the name of Dr. Pralhad Patki from bangalore to Guntur - roundtrip (PNR No.669863, Rs.1300/-; PNR No.FB1D18, Rs.1450/-). I have cancelled the ticket on 30/09/2013 along with another ticket (PNR No.FB1D18, Rs.1450/-) but i have recieved only one ticket amount (PNR No.FB1D18, Rs.1300/-out of 1450/-) i have not recieved for the amount for other ticket (PNR No.669863, Rs.1300/-). So many times i contacted the executives of kesineni travels they were telling we will look after that and settle the matter but till now there is no response from the merchant. Iam requesting you to kindly look after the matter and do the needful.

            today i had a worst experience wit kesineni travels while travelling from pondy to hyderabad. bus started perfectly but halted in vellor for 1hr for dinner and we had been made to shift to another bus at midnight 3.am and in the morning, the bus met wit an accident and the driver and cleaner ran away...a big salute to kesineni travels..Ultimate is that the bus is not even having permit ..

              I am Pradeep Kumar Samantaroy, living in Chennai. I booked the ticket from Chennai to Vijayawada using the service of Redbus.in. The booking date was 20th Dec. 2013 and the journey date was 21st Dec. 2013. The copy of the ticket is attached for your perusal. I have entered the bus. After sometime, one representative from the bus agency asked me to reply "I am going to Vizag", if someone asks on the way. I do not know the reason why do they do the same. In the midnight, the bus staffs asked me to getdown on the highway which is far away from Vijayawada city, as the bus do not enter the city. It was midnight 2.30 PM. How can they drop someone at a national highway in a winter midnight, saying the bus is not going inside the city. If it is not going to the city, why do they show Vijayawada as the destination in your website??If the bus is not meant for Vijayawada, I could have booked in some other agency. They asked me take an autorickshaw to go the bus stand or railway station. I strongly disagree with the kind the fraud service. I do not know, what would happen, if somebody is there with family or particularly with kids. I want to file a case against Kesineni travels and redbus.in, for the same.

                This is the worst travel company, I have ever seen. I booked ticket from Bangalore to Goa and from Goa to Bangalore on 22nd and 25th. Nov 2013. And the tickets has been cancalled by Kesineni iteself. And till now, (20-Dec-2013), I have not got my refund amount total 6400.00. Kesineni staff(Cell No -[protected]), is refusing to give my money and saying that do what ever you can, I will not refund your money. Customer care people always saying that you can collect the money from nearest branch giving the same mentioned number to call up and collect. And that guy is telling, that he will not give my refund. PLEASE DO NEVER BOOK ANY TICKET FROM KESINENI.

                  Hi, I am fed up with these bus service operators. They are probably biggest money hungry people in the world. Now take for instance this travels "Kesineni Travels" I have booked a ticket from Hyd to Goa on a sleeper bus with the PNR no: E92A23 for 12-Dec-2013 for Rs 1700 about 2 weeks ago. Now i get a message saying the bus is cancelled due to "Technical Problems". I call up all their help line nos. A) No one ever pcicks up. B) When one did he just slammed the phone on me. Now when you go and check what the bus prices are, they have almost increased by Rs 500 for every operator including their own busses. Nice way to make money right? Is there any sense of deceny left with these people. I actually want to ask the operator how he would feel if every time you keep ding this. Do you only care about stealinig money. I know i can book a bus on any other operator, but can i do all are your brothers and they all play the same game. I know you dont care anything about the passenger but i am hoping some operator some day might come with a service that is honest and destroy ur company. Thank you for your help.

                    I booked a ticket from Eluru to Hyderabad Journey Date 19-Aug-2013 in the name of Venky Naidu with PNR No. 0B8149. Due to the operators problems they were not able to run the bus in the scheduled route on that day. So at the last minute, they asked me to board the bus at a place which is 30km away from the actual baording point. As I said I will not be able to do so they said, I will be getting the full refund of my money within 2 working days. But even after 20days also they were not refunding my money. I called the customer care number of times but every time they were saying the same thing that my money will be refunded in 2 days. Even after 20days also I didnt get my money back. Because of their problems, they were not able to run the bus properly and for that I lost my salary for one day and they were not even refunding my money for the cancelled ticket. I need proper action to be taken against them.

                      This is anil kumar, here am to complaint against kesineni travels regarding ticket money refund which has been booked on[protected] to travel from hyderabad to thirupathi which was scheduled on[protected] evening 9PM. my journey was started as the time mentioned in the ticket bt the problem is our bus broken down in the middle of our way to thirupathi. on that day they promised us to refund the money but they failed to refund the money till today. i have treid in many ways but they are not responding properly and ignoring my request.sir please take action against them.i am looking forward for the justice.

                        Booked ticket in kesineni travels from chilakaluripet to bangalor on friday(15th feb 2013) at 8.45 pm bus. But bus came on next day saturday morning at 8 AM, Until then i stood on the road(complete night). I called to guntur office and chilakaluripeta office , their response is like hurrible(they said that they did not have any relation or communication with the bus) i was shocked. What i can do in the midnight nothing . They came with good planning they stopped the bus in between chilakaluripet and guntur( from around 10 km)
                        We asked and begged like anything but there was no proper response. So now i am realised that i would like give complaint on travelyaari and kesineni travels as well for the not responding properly. Think why i booked on friday, i have urgent work here , i missed it i lost like anything.You people should have followup on the bus. Worse worse kesineni travels .

                          Dear Sir,
                          my friend Rajesh kunar Traveled on[protected] and the Bus no: AP 29 v 22 from Eluru to Hyderabad. He carries CPU its almost 3 - 5 kgs weight but the bus driver charged 200 rps/- without any bill. on which basis your charged that much amount even though ticket fair is 480 rps.
                          i asked to Helpline number which is on the ticket but they didnt take response upon the query.

                            Hi, this is Sonaxi Sarangi. I booked a ticket ( TECW[protected] and PNR Number - 0632E5/VL168 traveled on 3rd Dec 2012 from Hyd - Bang. I have two complaints regarding Redbus.in and Kesineni Travels which are as follows:

                            1) My seat number was 27 and since i booked it earlier seat number 28 is automatically reserved for Ladies. While leaving Hyd no ladies turned up but somewhere down the highway the conductor picked up some other passengers and made the male person side on the seat beside me. When i protested that it is a ladies seat he was very rude and told me no it is not a problem.
                            I want this complaint to be taken very seriously as it is very unsafe and insecure for a girl traveling alone. I suppose seats reserved for ladies are done for the sole purpose to protect female passengers. So the conductor what he has done is not less than a criminal offense where he breached the security of a female passenger by making a male seat in the seat reserved for ladies. I would want very strict action taken against the travels and the said conductor.

                            2) Information displayed on Redbus.in website is not correct in terms of dropping point. BTM layout was displayed as a dropping point but when me and some other fellow passengers asked we were informed no it will not go to BTM layout and asked us to get down somewhere else. When we tried to inquire the conductor was extremely rude even to the female passengers and just shooed us away.
                            I want strict action against Redbus for not verifying the content before displaying it in their website and also i want action against Kesineni Travels and conductor of the said bus.

                            These things becomes a very serious issue for female passengers traveling alone and if the travels cannot ensure their safety during night travels then i do not think they should be allowed to operate and continue their business

                              Hi.When I booked A Ticket With Bank Of Baroda Netbanking to get tickets from Vellore To Hyderbad. All The Process Is Complet. The Last Stage Of Of Amount Transaction Time the Server Not Responded and The Pair Of the Ticket Amount Is Deducted My Account. This Process do on 05/09/2012. i will aproach to kesineni Oficers they told in 7 working days amount will be refund to Your Account. But till now the day the amount of 1720/- is not refunded. please go dont with this type of componeis. they were leasyness. so please help me and refund my amount

                              We had traced 2 transactions has taken place on that day out of first transaction is a response failure case at the payment gateway level, where tickets not issued and the second transaction is a successfull transaction for which 2 tickets booked from vellore to hyderabad journey dt;[protected].


                              For the failed transction, there is an automatic process that we have registered your complaint number under 39119 on dt:[protected] for the response failed case and we have got reverted back the refund by CC avenue payment gateway on[protected].

                              Hence, we request you to please verify the credit particulars and if not resolved please do revert back to us on [protected]@kesinenitravels.com.

                              Moreover, if your complaint is cleared with us, we request you to please delete your post on this site.

                                  I have made an attempt to book a bus ticket by M/s Kesineni travels from Vijayawada to Hyderabad on 21.06.2012 and an amount of Rs 450/- has been paid by by Net banking of SBI. The reference No is INB Aenues India Ltd
                                  Transfer [protected]. However, no ticket was issued due to technical problem. At the same time my amount was not credited back to my account [protected] of SBI. Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund of the amount Rs 450/- and oblige.

                                    I, Renjith, have online bus ticket for 16 Jun 12 from Kesineni Travels at 0344 pm on 15 Jun 12, but the ticket is wrong booked for the date of 15 Jun 12. Then after I suddenly call to Kesineni travels help line [protected] at 0346pm. Pick up my call one Mr.Surendra, and I told my problem to him. But he told me that, this is your problem, and if you want go to your trip other wise consumer court. I am totally confused and mentally harassment. After I beg to him, 'sir please cancel my ticket otherwise now book my ticket for next day'. But Mr. Surendra not agree with me. I am totally mentally torched. Sir I am an Army Man and in this time am in Arty Centre Hydrerabad. Please refund my cash 3600/-+net browsing charge is 50/-.

                                      I booked a ticket in KESINENI TRAVELS to travel from Hyderabad to Vijayawada round Trip on 6th April and return was planned on 8th April 2012.Due to some reasons I got cancelled both the tickets on 4th April 2012.I have received the refund amount for Hyderabad to Vijayawada but not for Vijayawada to Hyderabad.I called up Kesineni Customer Care and they told me to send the bank details thru email on 9th April 2012 .I forwaded the same as per the request.Since then i have send reminding emails for about 10 times and i called up for almost 40-50 times.They keep on saying will get back to you...I dont know why they are doing this.Even the Kesineni customer care is not giving proper response on this matter.Please advise me what to do on this care.

                                      I booked a ticket on kesinenitravels.com but the transaction failed. Still my card has been charged.
                                      When i checked with CC Avenue, they said
                                      "Your transaction has been successfully processed with the order number: 098030. For further details regarding the booking of ticket, we suggest you to kindly get in touch with the merchant by e-mail at: [protected]@kesinenitravels.com."
                                      And when i checked with Kesineni on 20 Octth (the day when i booked), they said, refund will be done in 7 working days. But still i haven't received any refund.
                                      When contacted, Kesineni keep saying, we sent the refund from ourside... we are good from ourside. thats it.. and no satisfactory response and not even taking any ownership of the issue.
                                      This is getting worst, if we get this kind of support, atleast i won't be interested on online transaction for these websites.

                                      My experience is identical. I booked a ticket online on 10th November through their website,
                                      for travel from Mumbai to Hyderabad. Money was deducted from my bank account, but no a booking was made. I lodged a complant (no. 11247) through their helpline. I was assured of a refund within a week, but it did not happen till today (23rd Nov.) despite several calls to helpline and emails to [protected]@kesinenitravels.com

                                        I HAVE BOOKED ONCE TICKET IN KESENANE TRAVELS ON 9TH MAY 2012 TO GO TO ELURU FROM HYDERABAD MIYAPUR. BUT I HAVE SEEN THAT CHARGES FOR THE SAME WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK TWICE WHICH IA NOT CORRECT .PER SEAT THE CHARGES ARE RS.800/- I HAVE BOOKED TWO TICKETS COSTING RS.1600/- IN SINGLE BOOKING. BUT DEDUCTION OF RS 1600/- TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE RECTIFY THE ERROR AND TRANSFER BACK MY AMOUNT.
