    I want somebody to take Critical action against Kesineni Travels.They are Big time cheaters and Totally least bothered about refunding the customers money.I had cancelled my tickets on 22-Aug-11 PNR NO 4586C8.Till date i haven't received my Refund money.I have been calling the customer care every week and every time i hear that i will get my refund in next 10-15 days.i am fed up ,they are so shameless that they lie to me every time i speak to them and try to gain my confidence and i have also experienced them hanging up on my face a couple of times.Its been 100 days since i cancelled and i see no positive outcome from it.How can they play with a customers hard earned money and behave so irresponsibly.Please help me collect my refund.
    I am also facing same trauma. They are not refunding my money back. Can there be a serious action against them. Please help.

      Dear Concern,

      This complain is regarding the money refund hindrance by KESINENI TRAVELS for my e-ticket.

      I booked an online ticket for 3 persons from Hyderabad to Vizag for travel on 7th October, 2011. I have cancelled my ticket on 4th October 2011 through their website ' www.kesinenitravels.com '. In website it shows that the ticket has been cancelled. I have attached the screenshot of the cancellation of my ticket and provided the booking details too. Since then it's 2 months but still I haven't received any call or mail from KESINENI regarding my refund cheque. I have tried several times calling customer care, but most of the time they don’t pick up the call or even if they received the call they don’t listen to the problem and say “Your money would be refunded within 2 working days”.

      In this circumstance I therefore request you to take necessary action against this travel organization who just play with our hard earned money and try to steal money from customers on every single opportunity they get.

      Kesineni Tours and Travels — No record of ticket

      This is the most harrowing experience that I've had reagarding this horrible excuse of a travel company. They debited money from my card for the ticket I tried to book online. Later they showd no record of ticket ever being booked! I went ahead to book a ticket from a different company. About a month later, I get a credit card statement for the ticket amount from my bank - who got the confirmation of the ticket from Kesneni Travels!

      Now they're not ready to agree that I did not get the ticket, while my CC bill keeps increasing from the bank.

      Stay away from Kesneni Travels if you want to save your money and time. My CC information is floating somewhere thanks to Kesneni.

      Kesineni Tours and Travels — Ticket money not refunded when ticket booking was not complete.

      Hi,

      I tried to book bus tickets through Kesineni Travels online website on 2nd december 2010. The amount of Rs. 250/- is deducted from my ICICI credit card account.

      But the tickets are not booked and i got the Transaction Error page.
      I called to help line and they created/given service request number is 23278 and told me with in 10 to 15 working days my money will credit to my credit card account. Still I didn't get back my money. When I called to those customer care people they are putting the hold for 10 minutes and disconnecting my call.

      can you please let me know the status of my transaction and when can the transaction amount will be credited into my Account back.

      KESINENI TOURS & TRAVELS — Non refund of bus ticket

      My Friend Swati Jain made a booking with KESINENI TOURS & TRAVELS on February 27, 2012 for traveling from Mumbai to Hyderabad. While booking through their website, some error popped up and the ticket dint get booked but the fare amount Rs. 1000 got deducted from her Citibank A/C. When called the customer care, they asked her to book the ticket again and Rs.1000 will be refunded back within a week. when she did booking second time, she got the the tickets and also her bank a/c got credited by Rs1000.

      She booked one ticket but her citibank debit card statement show Rs 1000 debited twice from her account towards the payment of bus fare.

      She has proof of her bank a/c which clearly indicate that - an online purchase of Rs. 1,000 was made twice on February 27, 2012 towards Avenues India Pvt Ltd, the payment gateway aggregator of Kesineni travels.

      I am calling Kesineni customer care continuously, but they are now refusing to pay back the amount which was deducted twice.


      Please look into the matter and help.

      PS I am correcting last line of first para:

      when she did booking second time, she got the the tickets and also her bank a/c got debited (mistakenly typed credited) by Rs1000.

      KESINENI TOURS & TRAVELS — Refund not made by Kesineni Tours & Travels

      I have booked bus ticket through internet for journey from Hyderabad to Pune in Kesineni Tours & Travels (Journey Date: 24/06/2012 PNR No: 05E7D8).
      Kesineni Tours & Travels cancel my ticket at the last moment and not refund my money.
      When I am calling them in there are telling they have made the payment, I need to check with payment gate way.

        I am quite dissatisfied with the online service of Kesineni Travels and frustated with the response from their help desk.
        I had booked a ticket on 28-Sep-2011 for the route of Hyderabad to Mumbai for 2 paxs. The total payment amount was Rs 2000. The booking reference number: BE0CF2.
        The amount was deducted from my account but due to some issue, the ticket was NOT confirmed. I called the online help desk and i was informed that tickets are not confirmed so the amount will be refunded within 14 working days. For your journey you can book another ticket.
        Till date (16-Nov-2011) the amount is not refunded. I have been calling the help desk of kesineni since last 1.5 months, multiple times. The complaint # lodged in their system is 35494 and 35492 (as i was informed). Everytime i call again; i get the response that amount will be refunded in next 48 hours. I don't know when these 48 hours will be over.
        If kesineni officials are listening; then please do the needful and refund the amount of Rs 2000.

          Hi,

          This complain is regarding the money refund hindrance by KESINENI TRAVELS for my e-ticket.

          As per the information provided by KESINENI Travels at the time of cancellation, the money should be refunded by cheque within 20 to 30 days of cancellation. I have cancelled my ticket on 29th August 2011 thru their call center and received the cancellation confirmation mail in my specified mail id (Details of my ticket are given below and the same mail is attached). Since then it’s almost 60 days past but still not received any call or mail from KESINENI regarding my refund cheque. I have tried several time calling customer care but most of the time they don’t pick up the call or even if they received the call they don’t listen to the problem and say “Your money would be refunded within 2 working days”, which has not been refunded after 10 days of calling too.

          In this circumstance I therefore request you to take necessary action against this travel organization who just play with our hard earned money and try to steal money from customers on every single opportunity they get.

            I tried booking a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on 22 September 2011 for journey dates on 23 September and return date on25 September.I booked it online. I was charged twice from one card and once from other card.But the transaction was error.i did not get my ticket. So I went to Kesineni travels in person and booked the tickets there by paying cash. I have contacted the customer care about the refund.They did give me reference numbers for my 3 transaction(33574, 33544 ,33386).This was on 22 September after repeated calling to Kesineni customer service till day I only got my refund for reference number 33386.The amount of 1000 Rs has been credited. But reference number(33574, 33544) are still on hold. When contacted customer service today i.e 18-Oct.The answer is we still looking into it.Just to do a refund of 2000 they took nearly a month.So what do I do now.Is there any solution for my problem.Please contact Rajeev @ [protected]

              Staff behaviour at the Pune office(Ruby Hall) brach is very bad. I have even seen the person is even manhandiling the customer. As thebus was 2 hours late and it was around 1:00 am in the morning. That behaviour makes lot of problems to all the other customers like me who need to catch other trainin the morning. The staff is not worried about customers he was busy with the fight. When we were asking to start the bus he was even shouting on us. This just happends today morning. Later on all the travellers in the bus descided not to travel in Kesiseni again anymore.

                I travelled from Hyderabad to Kundapur on 30th April 2011. I was on seat no 47. All was fine till the dinner break at Jadcherla. Post dinner the horror Journey started. AC for the last row was completley stopped to worsen the situation hot air started coming out from the bottom of the seat. My co -passenger went and complained to the driver who gave us a logic that once the last row is fully warm the AC will automatically increase. Till then ........ please adjust.That logic did not work till we reached Raichur and that is when i blasted the driver and threatened to complaint.When asked about the AC not working and the logic of charging 1300, he says its volvo and showed me the temprature control which showed 20 !!!!!!! the temprature on the last row was nothing below 40.Upon continous pressurising he sent the cleaner to check who finally came up with logic that the foot mat is missing on the last row, that is why the hot air is coming out from there and placed a foot mat there. But none of these worked in our relief , all of the people who were in the last row were sweating like crazy. When i came out of the bus in Kundapur at 5 AM i was sweating like crazy. Whole night i was sweating and could not sleep. The last seats does not have push back options either. Request all commuters to stick to KSRTC who provide better service in this route than these private career who's only motto seems to be "Season hai, thoda adjust karo aur muje apna maal ikatta karne do"

                  SUB : Money Deducted from my credit card but not refunded back

                  I booked a ticket from bangalore to vijayawada on the 11th of march in kesineni travels through www.kesinenitravels.com. During the transaction, the www.kesinenitravels.com site flashed a message that there was a technical glitch in the web site and the transaction couldn't succeed. It also gave a transaction id(D0A0BB) and indicated me to contact their customer care center by providing this case number.

                  When i call their contact center, they say that the ticket is not available now. However, the amount of Rs. 1600 was deducted from my credit card(sbi card) account and refund will be arranged in 10 to 15 working days.

                  Contrary to the promised time of 10 to 15 working days they did'nt process the refund even after 10 working days so i to called there 24*7 helpline number after nearly 25 mins wait i got connected and then they promised to refund within 25th march but that deadline also crossed, i didn't get any refund into my credit card account. Now if try to call again, no response for the number that they have given on there web site(+[protected], +[protected],[protected].

                  But even after 10 working days, no one calls and when i call them for the nth time, they say that they have sent a check to the branch (where my account belongs to) and asked me to go there personally and inquire about the check status. When i ask them why can't they refund the amount directly back to my account they start to explain some procedure of theirs that they can do this they cannot do that.

                  When the amount can be debited from a bank account even when the transaction fails why can't they refund the amount back in the same manner. This is again a nuisance for me to go to the branch which is very far away from the place where i live. And even they are not confirming whether there is a check sent to the branch or not. They are merely saying that i have to go and check in the branch whether a check for the amount has reached there for my account.

                  This is pathetic service from kesinenitravels.com. Their representatives are irresponsible, they say they'll call back but no body bothers to call. And they also doesn't seem to bother even when there is some thing wrong on their part as a result of which the complaint has occurred.

                  i am just writing this to try to explain to you how people like kesinenitravels.in are harassing consumers. Once the amount reached them and the transaction is not complete, its a nightmare for the customer to extract the money back. This lackluster attitude is much cause for anxiety and stress.

                    BEWARE OF KESINENI TRAVELS

                    I had a very bad experience when travelling via KESINENI TRAVELS. On 10th February, 2011 my parents got into volvo bus (Bus No: VL109)which moves from Vijayawada to Hyderabad. They got into bus at 11.15 PM at Benz Circle and they have got a total of 11 Bags which the cleaner kept below the bus where the baggage is stored. Somewhere at 1:45 AM the driver stopped the bus and the cleaner came to my parents informing them that our luggage is lost because he has n't locked the baggage door and it got opened during the journey. They insisted the driver to drive back so that we can find the bags that have been dropped from the bus. But he is very reluctant and simply said that we need to settle down next day morning after reaching Hyderabad at their Kesineni Office. They reached Hyderabad at 7 AM and since then they have been kept waiting at their Cargo Office (in Nizampet, Near JNTU KPHB) telling that we need to talk to their RM (Regional Manager) to settle the issue. Somewhere aroung 11 AM that person came and he is speaking to us in a very rude way. He simply said that they have informed their drivers and cleaners to keep the baggage door locked and if they fail to do it is their mistake and he or the organization(Kesineni Travels) is not going to be responsible for that. He also told that we can go to police station and register a complaint against him. But that fellow is not ready to tell his name or contact number.

                    We turned back helplessly to police station hoping something will happen. They told that they cannot register complaint for this and on many occassions even when people died travelling in their bus (KESINENI TRAVELS Bus) there is not a single instance where they have returned a single rupee.

                    We have put 11 bags in the bus and only 4 bags were returned to us. Total of 7 bags have been missed and unfortunately we kept some valuables as well in the luggage.

                    How unfair is this? We gave him 11 bags and the cleaner simply says that luggage door got opened during the journey and the bags are lost. And even the staff at Kesineni Travels are not taking the responsibility and their answer very carelessly which reflects their poor attitude. Management says they are not responsible and the staff says they are not responsible. So ultimately I repent myself for travelling via KESINENI TRAVELS

                    I still doubt the story of the cleaner and driver, because generally if the luggage door is open there will be some indication (in the form of some beeps) to the driver that the door is open. But they have n't got such indication and they say that some lorry driver passing through the bus told them that the lugggage door is opened and so the driver has stopped the bus at 1:45 AM

                    I request you to never ever travel via KESINENI TRAVELS. If you are doing so you are AT YOUR OWN RISK.

                    I dont want this kind of situation to repeat for anybody else

                      when i was trying to book a bus ticket online in kesineni travels on dec 20th 2010, it was failed due to some net problem. i didn't get any ticket but the money was debited from my account. i called so many times to help line, no response they wasted my phone balance i was in line nearly 5 to 6 min. and sometimes they received the call and were telling that within 10 to 15 working days money will be credited. till now they didn't credit my account. nearly 2 months over....

                        I tried to book an online ticket from Chennai to Guntur in KesineniTravels.com on December 5th 2010.
                        During the transaction, session expired after deducting funds (1360/-) from my account without booking ticket.

                        And I raised a compliant on the same day with Kesineni helpline. Case-id, they gave for that compliant is 23509. But for several calls to Kesineni Travels customer care, I got the same response; refunbd will happen in 2 days (48 working hours).

                        But refund didn't happen until.

                        I tried to book an online ticket from Hyderabad to Manipal in KesineniTravels.com on Feb 11th 2011.
                        During the transaction, session expired after deducting funds (1220/-) from my account 2 times with only 1 ticket being booked.
                        Can you please refund the money.Sorry for the late intimation as i saw the account statement today.

                          Daily numbers of buses from Amalapuram to Hyderabad will go, but they not providing minimum facilities for the last row seats ,no push back, no leg space , very inconvenient , if we ask they give very rude reply ,

                            I tried to book ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore (journey date: 13/09/10) on 08/09/10 at 8:45PM. After the credit card details are given it said that the session is expired and asked me to confirm about the ticket. I got the message from my ICICI credit card that money (Rs 980) was deducted from my credit card.

                            I would like to know how and when my money will be recredited into my credit card.


                            Please tell me the procedure on how to get my money back.
                            Your Online customer care is worst of what I have seen in my life. After waiting for around 10 min the phone queue it got disconnected. I anyway will not be booking any ticket from your online ticket booking in future.
                            Let me please get my money back and I assure you I won't tryto book the ticket again in my life.

                            I did not get my Rs 980 which I lost during uncompleted transaction. Can you please spend some time to find out where the issue is. Its been a month since I booked the uncompleted ticket.

                            Although its my mistake as I did not check the second page, How can any one expect a transaction 09/09/ 2010 transaction on second page after 16/09/2010.

                            Also it is very difficult to find if we have an extended page as its "just a number which has the link".

                            I am very much satisfied by the immediate response I got. but I suggest the above concerns of mine to be noted and make the usability of the online accout easy to the customers.

                            Staff behaviour at the Pune office(Ruby Hall) brach is very bad. I have even seen the person is even manhandiling the customer. As thebus was 2 hours late and it was around 1:00 am in the morning. That behaviour makes lot of problems to all the other customers like me who need to catch other trainin the morning. The staff is not worried about customers he was busy with the fight. When we were asking to start the bus he was even shouting on us. This just happends today morning. Later on all the travellers in the bus descided not to travel in Kesiseni again anymore.
                            We wish to inform your good selves, I had booked ticket thro ibank from Hyderabad to coimbatore on 24.10.12 in the name of D.Ganesh, at the time when the process was failed we are not getting on PNR number, but the amt Rs.1470/- was debited in my A/c(OBC Bank) vide Transaction ID is S77321003 dt.24.10.12 and tracked id:82559.Kindly verify to your bank reference and reimburse the same sir.

                              I am traveling from Hyd to mumbai on 22.9.2010 at 7.45 pm, they picked up me from PARDISE HOTEL dropped me at A.S.ROAD the was standing very dirty place, when customer enter the bus there is no light inside the bus all the customer told driver on the light he was telling company policy is dnt put light on.. people asked him how to we find out seat number he was not answering us. When i called customer told him the situation he is telling me i[censored] want u go and talk to our manager, one girl fall down and broke finger even i also screaming and soughting him so badly he never put on light.after 3 days i called the corporte give the complaint to MD is assistant satish he was such a guy he was ignoring the matter and laughing and telling me u guy is wrong and there is light inside the etc. i totaly souted him.. HE DNT HV ANY CLUE ABUT CONSUMER law he is ARGUEING THE CUSTOMER tht is wrong.

                              I believe CONSUMER law must punish them and take action very hard if consumer law eating money from client there this consumer website must corrupted to.

                              My request to all people dont travel this bus. If v stop giving this business kesneni travel then they learn the lesson they proude will broked automatically speically that stupid man satish behaving like child not grown man HIS MOBILE NO [protected] IF consumer court want talk pls so do it badly this guy and teach the lesson

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I booked a volvo sleeper ticket of Kesineni Travels through internet banking from Tirupathi to Vijayawada on 06.09.2010 at 10:21pm, bus service number SL309 with PNR No: 9EBDFF with berth number L7, boarding from GNR Commercial Complex at 11:58PM on same date 06.09.2010.

                                To my surprise when i reached at the boarding point at 11:40pm the Kesineni office was closed and no one was there, it was slightly drizzling. When the bus has not come till 12:15 am in the mid night i called both the numbers mentioned on the ticket[protected].[protected] no one answered the call, then i called there customer care at[protected],[protected].

                                Mr. Srinivas has answered the call at customer care and gave me their local Tirupathi agent number and asked me to contact me and also said that bus would be coming in next 15-20 minutes, when called upon the number number given by customer care executive the agent said his executive has gone to have food (late in midnight) and will be there in 5 minutes. Till 12:30 again no one turned up to the office, so i called the customer care once again and informed Mr. Srinivas that no one from your local agent has come nor the bus turned up, he said he will talk to them and call me back in 5 minutes.

                                In 5minutes he called me and said he has spoken to the local manger of their Kesineni Travel agent and he will be coming up in next 5 minutes and said that he also spoke to the bus driver of SL309 also and said that due to heavy rain and traffic it is running late and will reach Tirupathi in further 10-15 minutes.

                                I was waiting alone late in the Mid-night infront if their office and rain was also drizzling, but nor their agent turned up nor the bus. It was 1:00 in the night.
                                I again called up customer care, then another executive called Mr. Chandu has answered the call, when asking him about the bus and agent he said their is a breakdown in the bus and theyare arranging an alternate bus that to Volvo- semisleeper. when asked i booked an ticket for a volvo sleeper how can they ask me to trtavel in a semisleeper they said they will refund the difference amount of sleeper and semisleeper to my online account in next two days and said that the bus will come in next 15 minutes.

                                Till 2:30 in the late night nor the agent turned up nor the bus. At 2:35 in the night agent came and opened the office and 2:45am in the midnight the bus came.


                                I boarded the bus and reached Vijayawada next day morning.

                                On 09.09.2010 when i called the call centre and enquired about the refund the executive whose name i dont remember has transferred the call to his senior executive who was a lady. she knew that there was a break down and said that she will call me back in half an hour after checking the status, but till date i have not received the call.

                                Again on 17.09.2010 when i called there call centre to enquire about the above case the executive Mr. Chandu (not the above one other executive with same name) has answerde the call and said there was no breakdowm of bus on that day after checking the details in system and he also confimed my PNR number by checking in system by asking the name.

                                For your proof you i can provide my mobile summarised bill in which you can check my mobile summarised bill for the how many calls did i call to their call centre and how much duration i spoke to them, and you can also take out their call centre inbound call recording of the calls made to their call centre and listen to the interaction which i had with their executives in the night and futher days when i called for enquiry also.

                                My questions are as follows:

                                1. why was there agent not at their local office till the last bus moved on?
                                2. why was the kesineni local Tirupathi office closed before the last bus departed?
                                3. why did they provide wrong information that there was a breakdown of bus and asked me to board other bus?
                                4. Do they provide this kind of service to there customers/passengers/guests?

                                Being one of the good known and biggest private transportation service provider they cheat in this way?

                                Kindly probe ionto the matter and ask them to pay for the damages

                                  i was traveling from amalapuram to hyderabad on kesineni volvo bus with service number VL143 on 12th april 2010. According to their rules we have to put all our luggage in their luggage place under the bus(dickey). when dropped at hyderabad and reached home, i found some articles(digital camera and handy cam) and cash are missing. Surprised how it can happen when the suitcase was locked. when tried to catch bus owners at nizampet - hyderabad, cleaner of the bus accepts that there were two other cleaners who were sleeping in the dickey. How can bus owners allow any one to sleep with luggage. Now they are not responding since 24 Hrs. and my belongings are still missing. No one is helping in this regard. Please do not trust kesineni travels and do not travel through kesineni travels.

The payment gateway for kesineni travels is being handled by CCAvenues. Ive made the payment and my account got deducted for an amount of 780/- Rupees. However the ticket didnt get booked and an error message was being prompted on the screen. Ive called Kesineni travels customer care and they have said that it will take 15 days for the amount to get re-credited. How can they say like that. Iam waiting for my credit. Please let me know whether there have been any instances of non-crediting by Kesineni travels.

                                    This is Sravana Kumar travelled on 14th april 2012(saturday) from Nellore to Hyderabad when I am trying to keep my luggage ( 1 bag) the service boy(Named: Raju he told) is in that bus was asked money Rs. 100/- for keeping luggage in bus. His behavior is totally rude. Can any of kesineni travel management take necessary action on that, otherwise no body will not travel kesineni travel in future.

                                      i am G M KARTHIK. i am from tirupathi which is in chittoor district andhra pradesh. my complaint is that i have travelled in kesineni travels bus from tirupathi to hydrabad on 04/09/2009 i.e september 04th 2009. actually i have booked to and fro tickets through online booking. for onward journey from tirupathi to hydrabad on 04september2009 i have booked my ticket in sleeper coach bus and due to only one ticket booked in that bus for that day i.e only my ticket was booked, the bus was cancelled and the agent has adjusted the seat for me in volvo semi-sleeper(i.e sitting) on that day. the fare of sleeper coach was 830RS and that of volvo was 630RS. i was to get a refund of RS200 which was the difference in the fare. the agent who has adjusted the seat for me in volvo has not even intimated me nor given me the refund at that time. after returning from hydrabad, i have made several phone calls to tirupati office and hydrabad office requesting them for my refund of RS200 but till now there is no response from them. hence i kindly request you to help me in this regard to get back my refund although it has completed 5 months. there is no fault from my side. i was following up this by making several calls to their offices since september2009- till date.

                                        I regularly book bus tickets online through http://www.kesinenitravels.com/. Majority of the time I see that the money is debited from the credit card used for booking the ticket and the ticket is not issued. When I call up their customer care they respond back by saying "we are extremely sorry and the amount would be credited back withing 6days" but in reality it takes around 15-20 days for the amount to be credited back. I have requested them multiple times to resolve this issue but we are at their mercy.

                                        I think there should be some action against kesineni travels for their irresponsibility. Please take some action.
