KFC India — money got deducted from account, yet I had to make pay on delivery | |||||
On 17/08/2019 i ordered 3 nos. Of classic zinger online and used google pay to make the payment of rs. 715/-. The money got deducted from the account, but got a message saying that "transaction couldn't be processed". I had to chose pay on delivery as i didn't want to try my luck with online payment again. Finally i paid rs. 715/- to the delivery boy and also no refund came back to my bank account. Contacted yes bank for the same and they have confirmed that the money has been credited to the beneficiary. Was this information helpful? | |||||

On 18/08/2019, I unknowingly have made payment double payment for single transaction ( card payment and phonepe app payment) . Though manager issued me void sale receipt and assured refund within 4 days. No refund till date has been received till 26/08/2019.
