Hi my kfc account is [protected]@gmail.com & mb: [protected] - On 19th feb'20 i made a online order for rs.683.99 through hsbc credit card but transaction failed and money debited from my hsbc credit card, still i have not got refund for this transaction. Kanchipuram branch manager Mr.Saravanan was arrogant and rude during palcing my order when asked for coupons or compliments for the 900/-value bill amount and raised his voice implementing that no customer is special and all are the same.he also said ican make any complaint i want and he doesnt care
