Hi my kfc account is [protected]@gmail.com & mb: [protected] - On 19th feb'20 i made a online order for rs.683.99 through hsbc credit card but transaction failed and money debited from my hsbc credit card, still i have not got refund for this transaction. KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 08, 2020 Updated by riaviro Hello, what is the status of my complaint. I lost almost rs.2000 in same day with 3 payments of rs. 683.99 (2 from ICICI netbanking and 1 from HSBC Credit card), thought I will get refund surely for failed payments. but still its not resolved

Kanchipuram branch manager Mr.Saravanan was arrogant and rude during palcing my order when asked for coupons or compliments for the 900/-value bill amount and raised his voice implementing that no customer is special and all are the same.he also said ican make any complaint i want and he doesnt care
