delay in shoes delivery given for servicing

i usually buy my all shoes from khadim .but i have a complain i am from the raipur (chattisgarh) .i have given my shoes to Khadim shop for servicing and the delivery date was 8 may 2010.but today i.e. 10 may when i visited the shop and asked for the shoes they told we can't give it today come on 16th may.it is not about 1 0r 2 days its about 7 days late.in the receipt its written "the customer can come within 30 day of scheduled...

Delivery delayed

Its quite disheartening that a urgent consignment send from Khadims regional office chennai on 23/06/09 reached its Ernakulam Retail on 30/06/09. An explaination was given from the Franch Express, Cochin office that there is shortage of man power and due to monsoon. Please take this issue with atmost importance....
