Dear sir,
I have purchased the subject items each one, from your garia outlet / showroom of south kolkata; 110, raja s. S. Mullick road, kolkata-700047: on 18th october’2017, vide finance order receipt no k2622/1718/07955 (For both the items).
Since purchase i faced / went through a lot of trouble to get the items delivered from every person concerned. Any hand neither was extended nor did one cooperate, rather i had been befooled by utter lies by each one i dealt in. Despite your free delivery program, today (The 24th october’2017) my spouse was demanded rs. 1500/-. It was even supported and instigated by the lady dealing in at the outlet / showroom (The only time i experienced a prompt intervention by one concerned). I was even intimated about a lifting charge of rs.75/- per floor (Though nothing of such kind was informed beforehand). Every minute detail was collected about the delivery place and site in advance by each, concerned.
I am very sure that you appreciate and encourage the feeling of such purchases on festivals and you do feel the deepest feelings of the shattered hearts for becoming unsuccessful in fulfilling their dreams on such auspicious occasions.
Therefore, sir, keeping the above facts in view, i, in very depressed mood, would like to request your good spirit to cancel those orders and return me the cancelled cheque (No. 467569 of sbi, jadavpur university branch), rs. 2/- (Rupees two only) paid by cash; without debiting any amount for any purpose / excuse; and intimate / instruct the financer (Bajaj finance) to restrained themselves from such activities.
Hope and expect you certainly will realize the feelings and sentiments involved and will oblige.
