This is to inform you that, Myself Arindam Naskar, resident of
Garia, 5No.Srinagar Main Road, Kolkata-700094 have purchased a Voltas
Split AC from Khosla Electronics-Dhakuria Branch, under guidance of
Mr.Arup Banerjee (Sales Manager) Model No.185ZYC on 21.05.17 vide
transaction ID No.[protected]Batch No.000223) through my bank credit
card.

Somehow, the said Dealer has able to deliver my AC on 25.05.17 after
making lots of requests for proper delivery of the same, which they
have promised at time of selling of this AC.

After that, I have requested the said Sales Manager of Dhakuria-Khosla
about installation of the same by today and accordingly they have
raised a service request No, [protected] upon Voltas Co. on 27.05.17.
But when I have received the message for installation bearing SR
No.[protected], I found that installation date was wrongly mentioned
as 29.05.17 instead of 28.05.17.
Then again I called up Voltas Help Line [protected] even that said
Sales Manager Mr.Arup Banerjee to get the job done by 28.05.17 and
both Voltas Customer Care & Mr.Banerjee has assured me that, "I need
not to worry & installation will be done on 28.05.17.
But from Today morning I have tried to co-ordinate with Mr.Banerjee as
well as Voltas.Co for my desired service which as per their promise
which they both have failed again.

Now my concern is as a bonifide customer can't I have the right to get
my desired service as per the promise made by the dealer as well as
manufacturer or the service provider ??
As a customer why I am getting harassed by the Voltas Co. as well as
by the dealer ??

Hence as a customer I am expressing my high level of dissatisfaction
here and expecting a proper solution for the same.
