Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — disputed refrigerator

Sir.
I am purchased in cash a godrej refrigerator from your khosla electronic chinsurah branch in the month of october 2019. They send me three times dispute refrigerator, at last i go to your branch and again i ask him to replaced the said brand with samsung and pay extra 500 rupees also. But last refregarator i found again dispute and i return it to the chinsurah branch and ask them to give my money back but they refuse me and take the material back. But till today they did not paid money or any other kinds.

Please suggest me what to do at present.
