Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — Misbehave by sales person and wrong communication given | |||
I have purchased a panasonic fridge on sunday from ranikuthi khosla electronics.in the time of purchasing i was informed that the fridge would be delivered and demonstrated with in two days by the sales person joyeeta dey. Today the fridge has been delivered. Today i ask for demonstration she said that it will take two more days as there is no such facility of demonstration for single door fridge. When i remind her about her first communication. She completely denied and started misbehaving with me and arguing with me in loud voice. I have purchased from khosla for the first time. If this is the service of khosla then it is not possible for me to continue buying from khosla. The store manager has apologies for joyeeta's activity and promised me to send for demonstration by tomorrow by 90%. Kindly arrange for the demonstration.
