Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — poor service and misbehavior of kanchrapara showroom

I booked one carrier brand ac from this shop on last friday, i. E. 21.04.2018 depending on their commitment that the same will be delivered and installed within 3 days.
Last sunday, i. E. On 23.04.2018 delivery boy delivered the same to my house. Immediately after delivery i informed to the shop and they further committed to install it on monday, i. E. On 25.04.2018 but till now, i. E. Tuesday evening it has not been installed and now they are feeling disturbance to receive my call and told me don't call us further, the man, who will install, will call you before going to your house.
