Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — Product delivery not done. Fake date promised by salesperson again and again | |||
I bought a whirlpool refrigerator 260l (283d proton steel) on 14/04/17 & was told it will be delivered by 16/04/17. Today is 20/04/17 still not received my product. Salesperson mobile number and shop number is not working. So i had visited the shop & was assured will be delivered by 18/4/17 within 10:00pm. But upon contacting to head office of khosla, they are giving fake delivery dates. And dont have any information about my product. Please note that i made the full payment by debit card on 14/04/2017 itself. Please help me! Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased the refrigerator(FP283D PROTTON ROY ALPHA STEEL(N),[protected] from Lal bazar branch, on 24.06.17, order no 2922/1718/03408.The said goods not delivered till date.the sales person assured me that goods will be delivered whithin one week.but till date no response by sales person.they are not picking the phone then after i visited the store to update on 02.07.17.the branch manager tell me after 2 days it will be delivered.but hopeless to say about this, i have maked the call to manager but he saying me that goods will delivered after one week form this date.what are happening i cant find out.the salesperson and sales manager giving the date as fake.
so hopefully i requesting to you, please look the matter and solve it
