      My mother Maria Thangam died at KIMS on 18th June, I was following up for the discharge summary for insurance purpose. But till today I didn’t get, I have to submit the discharge summary tomorrow, if KIMS not providing the discharge summary I will move legally,

        Such a shame where attenders are treated like a slave. Making us sit near crowded place and mosquitoes all over. We take so much efforts to get the patient admit here and pay bills left and right without any objections and return killing mosquitoes. Such a shame to even interact with security person in the night shift and there is no solution and in return advice us to fight with the management and tell them you pay so much money and In return we get this.

          On 21.6.2021 I have visited KIMS hospital for vaccination for my 4 moths old baby in Neonatology department. I took OP consultation @ around 10.30 am, but the vaccination had carried out at 2.45 pm only. Then I was told that, consulting Dr was busy and lot of patients were waiting . But just for vaccination why such delay, I couldn't understand, same time pediatrics department in another building was free and no patients where there in long waiting. When I enquired, told that for vaccination consultation either neonatal or Pediatrics consultation is fine and both department are geographically is different locations.

          If both the department are in same area, such problem can be avoided and long waiting can be minimised, especially current pandemic situation. Else, staffs in the reception counter may be suitably, distribute patients to different locations based on requirements.

          I was totally fed up with this utter foolish management system by KIMS.

            This is Tejaswina. I and my 3 other from my family got admitted to KIMS secunderabad because of COVID. The treament was good.
            However, For the patient L Sitamahalakshmi, the insurance department made few mistakes. Firstly they send a claim request for initial release at the time of discharge, Secondly, the final claim amount for sent wrong almost double of the actual amount to the Insurance company.
            There was no mistake on our part, we waited patiently, silently and supported your team. However its been more than 2 weeks and the refund has not been given. Even after all the mess created by the insurance team is solved and the insurance company accepted all claims. Still i dont know what is the issue in refunding. We have been waiting ], waiting and waiting. DOnt know what to do. No one answers the call.

                Very bad service and assistance we get at hospital
                Saturday we went for admission at 1sr floor security person sent us to one room there a lady said that we have to go on 9th floor for admissions without seeing any documents an prescription
                We want to that floor with patient there they says that who sent you here its on first floor you have to go in ER there they will check and than concern team will check and admit
                Again we came to first floor after checking with 2 to 3 personal where actually we will get admission when we reach the said room I was really surprised that it was the same lady who sent us to 9 the floor with out seeing any paper

                Later on they took nearly 3 to 4 hours to get admitted

                Now since morning I am getting call from insurance team for documents so I asked their contact details and the person name but they are refusing to give even there name for next time reference... After I sent all documents over mail I tried calling the number which was provided by that person but no answer
                So I call customer care and said all she gave other 2 number even that are not answering so again I called and request to connect to insurance department finally it got connected and checked with that person for documentation he said all received and even we got approved amount so I asked for some billing details he said to wait on call do you believe how long I have waited its 45 min but there was no response because he kept me on hold thinking that any ways if its on hold person will disconnect the call and I have to do so because its more than 45 minutes which I have wasted by that time I could have visited the hospital and got the information which I have needed

                So it's humble request to all who will get admission in kims that you will be surprised to see this kind of service and assistance

                  She is charging 600 per visit to just say come back later. Ridiculous. She doesn't patiently listen or ask any additional questions. She is not God. I think even God / temples just charge Rs.6 per visit and does a better job. When we enquire about advanced treatment, she says that you just came. I am visiting KIMs for 3years now. I'm not new and I'm not new to any treatments. Please get her to be more responsible for the money she takes. I'm not mentioning my name because, I am badly looking for a baby and it's been 4 years already.

                      Dear Kims Team,

                      I have had very good experience past 8 years in KIMS. The only reason am raising this issue is a bad behavior of single staff will bring down your reputation and our overall experience. Yesterday i visited your gastrology department and the reception bahavior was not good. I worked with hospitality industry past 12 years and never ever met any staff like this. I tried to find her name and noticed she purposefully wear it upside down. The same behavior she is doing to other guests as well. Her name is lynda which i came to know from other staffs. I believe you will take this feedback as productive and correct the same. Again all other staffs were pleasing and having helping mentality.

                        I have come for colonoscopy test and arrived at the hospital at 7.30 AM as sister/nurse suggested yesterday. After waiting 3-4 hours, nurse told that you be keep seated and they will call. Unfortunately other people who came late and known to Sunita Sister, they are allowed to do early. Even the patient is 70+ years and still waiting for testing to be done . It’s already 3 PM and we are still waiting for testing to be done. It’s really painful where KIIMs management can’t able to manage the basic system which needs be in place to solve common issue like this. If you are keeping posture in your hospital walls providing nice tag line, you should be able to look from grassroot level. It’s one of the worst feeling for the hospital what was very basic stuff to set up. I won’t recommend or never wish to come here again based on the service what really patients and their guardians getting.

                            On 04/02/21, we had gone to see my patient in A block building Kim's, Lady security guard 'Lakshmamma' abused like anything comes to her tongue and she pulled us away from the ward like jailers, if i ask other guards about her, they are stating ' she is behaving like DON here', they are for our services, they have to be trained with minimum commonsense with patients n attenders, please don't give apologies to her, evict her from the job immediately.otherwise your hospital respect goes away

                              My insurance claim no.22912846 till now not settled Kim's insurance desk from[protected]. I paid cash 261000/- to hospital. My reimburse claim no.23080658 pending with mediassit due to claim no.22912846 not settled.

                              Without bill paid are you discharge patient from hospital? Why are you pending patient claim. 3 times mails sent to hospital.

                                On 25th Sep. 2020 I ve done my UK Visa Medicals in KIIMS TVM. After paying the fee i d been given only the customer receipt of card payment. Later I requested 2 times for the bill atleast a duplicate one as my employer is ready for refund this amount paid. But unfortunately my request denied even without a reply.

                                  Hi all, we have paid for histopathology report 13500/- for my father in kims, kurnool and they said report will come from delhi. But we have received report from vijaya diagnosis, kurnool. When we contacted dr. Ashok reddy, he is saying that contact hospital for clarification. These guys are cheating people and taking money from villagers who don’t know anything. If you search in google, charges are very less for the report. Thanks/mahesh

                                  Bloody Bugurs i am also facing same issue for medical insurance they are charging thrice than the direct cash payments. Doctors are good but the below doctors there are bloody workers those are bugurs and thiefs they care for Patient very nice that they are helping to patient but actually they are looting the patients, ...

                                  Doctors are very good
                                  But Bloody Co-workers are Devils.
                                  While going to treatment please check the price for treatment so that patient cant be double patient due to finincially loot from hospital.

                                    I have been hospitalized on 30th night at hospital and have submitted my company's card to the admission desk people.
                                    Next day when i started checking with them they denied the insurance and said everything has to be paid from pocket.

                                    After repeated attempt they agreed to involve insurance people and made bill of around rs22800.
                                    They said insurance 136000 came as an approval and balance i need to pay from pocket, which is amounting to rs92000.

                                    Which is almost 45% amount i need to pay from pocket.

                                    I asked for bills in details
                                    1) bed charges - 25500 apptoved by my tpa
                                    2) kims charged 42000 again on separate bill for me as isolation charges.
                                    3) ppe kit - rs30000 and while discussion they said 3500*6 = 21000 which is not matching as per the bill.

                                    I am cardiac patient, i lost my mother and brother is also covid positive, he is diabetic patient.

                                    I need help, i am being mentally pressurized to pay.
                                    I don't have any one.
                                    Kindly ask them to send legitimate amount which is
                                    1) 3500*6 = 21000 for ppe
                                    2) 2750*6= 16500 for balance isolation bed charges.
                                    Keeping all this things in mind i request to kindly help me with my bill

                                        Hospital facilities are good but gate. Securities are not that much good that means even they don't know how to communicate with people's in a right way either he/she...
                                        Now. A days there are so many people's are in danger situation... Due to covid-19 and we also don't want to go to hospital and we also care for our health... So this msg to kim's care taker please find a solution and change the securities as soon as possible, because for security the hospital will get bad response, and i felt this... So please....
