Bill no ip[protected] there was excess payment made while bill settlement and at the bill counter claimed that the amout will be refunded through neft or fund transfer its almost been 2 months but still not yet received the money please look it to this and settle it as soon as possible and they also said that as soon as the insurance claim done we will transfer the amout but not yet done i am very very disappointed. I am thinking to refer to such hospital please lookinto the issues and settle it.

      Did mri on 26th april. Today is 1stmay. I was told in 2 days i'll get the report. When enquired ur mri dept told me tht doctor s v busy and will tk time. Nw the time is 21 hrs. This hour the people responding in an irresponsible manner.
      Whenever a complaint is gvn in ur hospital they gv unnecessary explanations. I strongly request you to mail m reports as an emergency case at [protected]@federalbank.co.in

      I[censored]r doctors and radiologists are busy then u shld suggest and guide the patient in right way. Once the patient is in no attention or seriousness s gvn to the patient.
      Hope needful will be done.

        I have admitted my daughter for treatment of pancreatic infection treatment. Due to negligence of docor during procedure, the pancreatic of my baby was broken and raptures. After that doctor said, do not worry, we will draw fluid by tubes. The doctor went on leave and hand over the case to his friend. Because of negligence of the doctor, the pancreas could not be restored and finally causing my daughter death. The x ray films and ct scan and mri reports and films, the hospital has not handed over to me on the death of my daughter.. When i inquired the same, they said you collect it from record room. Of the hospital. When i inquired in record room, they told you have to apply for the same. I have applied for the same. Finally the person in record room said the films of ct scan, mri reports and x ray reports are not with us. From this you sir know how the doctor playing with me and my baby eight years old. Please help me for lodding a complain

          I am writing this note to have your kind attention towards the arrogant and disrespectful behaviour of one of your nursing staff named, mrs. Leena (Nephrology).
          I am dr. Parvathy, and today (16 april, 2019), when visited the kims hospital with my father who was very much unwell and was taken to the casualty in the early morning hours of 2 am. After being attended by the doctors in casualty, we went to meet the nephrology consultant (Along with my father, who has undergone renal transplantation and has been doing regular checkups at kims for few years now).
          Being in the same medical profession, as an assistant professor in radiology and serving the patients for quiet a few years in the medical college, i have never ever experienced such a ruthless behaviour towards any of the patients / or bystanders by a medical/nursing staff. This profession should soulfully be taken to serve the patients and not for harrassment! Mrs leena of nephrology is a curse to the entire medical fraternity and such a behaviour is not expected out of a staff from such a well reputed and prestigious medical institute like kims.
          While my father was on wheel chair, inspite of being unwell and weak, l requested her to have a quick talk with the nephrology consultant, dr. B. Satish before we leave the hospital, so we better know what care is to be taken and the dr himself asked us to meet after the ent consultation. Being a nephrology patient and having done a renal transplantation earlier, all consultation with other departments and the prescribed medicines needs to be run through nephro consultant to assure this is not causing any adverse effects on his health. For this matter, i requested mrs. Leena to inform dr. B. Satish, so we can quickly talk to the doctor and leave, as my dad was very tired after nearly 10 hours in casualty. She was very arrogant and screaming at me asking to have a token and wait to meet the dr. Inspite of me conveying that the patient is coming from casualty and we are not here for an op and just wanted to convey the prescription of the ent before we leave hospital (It hardly takes a 5mins). But she was yelling at me and asking to take back the patient and wait in casualty if the doctor needs to consult. The way she conveyed, and the body language was not something that is expected out of this profession of the medical fraternity and she doesn't deserve to be part of this serving community. I could well notice that she was arrogantly behaving to every patient who has been waiting to have a consultation with the doctor. While sharing this worst experience to one of my fellow colleague, who is also a doctor at kims, she did have the same opinion about this lady, leena and said she is such arrogant towards all patients and even to junior doctors at times.

          I am conveying this to the respective authorities in kims, and even take this up with medical and nurses association to ensure that henceforth the patients never suffer in the hands of such ruthless people, like leena who is a disgrace to this profession. The patients waiting to meet us, doctors, should be treated with respect, dignity, and caring attitude and none of this is evident in her behaviour.
          Hope to see the senior management and the most respectful person of our faternity, dr. Sahadulla sir, taking adequate action to ensure that, neither a patient or a bystander should never ever require to tolerate such a ruthless behaviour from this lady nurse, leena (Nephrology).

          If you require to talk to me for any clarifications, please reach out to me and would like to be posted on the corrective action taken to ensure this doesn't happen henceforth.

          3000 కట్టించుకున్నారు.. పేషెంట్ సిచువేషన్ బాగోలేదని వెంటనే డిశ్చార్జి చేశారు.. కానీ అమౌంట్ ఇంకా రిఫండ్ చెయ్యలేదు.. మేము పేషెంట్ ని 30/11/19 న జాయిన్ చేసాము.. నైట్ డిశ్చార్జి చేశారు.. అమౌంట్ కి మార్నింగ్ రమ్మన్నారు.. మార్నింగ్ వెళ్ళిన తర్వాత అమౌంట్ చెతికి కుదరదు.. అకౌంట్లో వేస్తాను అని చెప్పి ఎకౌంట్ నెంబర్ తీసుకున్నారు.. ఇంకా రిఫండ్ చెయ్యలేదు...

            Dr. Vijayalakshmi. R coordinator high risk obg & consultant in ultrasound scanning section is very rude and innapropriate to patients.
            She wait us for about 3 hours intentionally.
            It was very cruel that to wait a pregnant lady for more hours. How can we call her a doctor. A doctor should be kind.
            I stopped visiting kims hospital because of her attitude and most of receptionist and attenters has also bad approach.

            For more than a hours I m trying on the visa medicals number...no body is picking up the call
            My father admitted in kims. Today he discharged. From the mistake by kims insurance team he sent date of admission was wrong. Thus pay the amount and discharge. From the doctor side and nurses side services were very very good.
            These type of persons are not eligible to handle customers.
            Very bad experience...

              Ip billing team submitted wrong bills to insurance team and as a result there was a huge delay in discharge of my son who has undergone hernia surgery.

              Ip billing team don't even know that the surgery is done and not sent proper documents to insurance team and i have raised this concern to pro and they were not ready to give a solution. We were waiting waiting waiting idle in room for many hours just because of the mistake billing did by hospital.

                Iam dr b. Ananta rao from kims hospital. Had taken membership from your head office country club hyderabad panjagutta branch on[protected].
                Till now i didn't receive any confirmation mail.
                Till now i didn't get any membership cards.
                I have payed 1, 70, 000.
                You promised many things.
                Not solved even one thing till now.
                Not even membership cards we didn't receive still.
                What's the reason?
                And the executive concerned this issue is not lifting the phone.
                If you don't respond immediately i will put entire issue in social media.

                  I am writing to bring your kind attention towards cleaniness of rooms provided for delivery cases. I am worried about the hygeine and care that kims hospital give for labor cases. I stuggled a lot to get a room for my wife delivery from. Kims kottiyam, moreover the room i got is covered with fungus and mildew. Management should note the condition of the room that is allocated for a newborn baby and mother. As the newborn are very sensitive to dust mite allergens than babies born naturally.... Hope the management will clear my concern for my child as we expect responsible action from kims management. Still waiting in the same room by paying rent for the management to do some action..

                    We are come from dubai & waiting for dr. Rajesh - rheumotology appointment but getting token no 6 & go to the counter they are told 3 months appointment not there in this big hospital how to wait for emergency the patient? And again go to the emergency section they also told this doctor appointment waiting for the seniority management must arrange the solution we are trusting travel come from long we have a failure experience kindly arrange the solution otherwise bad impression

                      wrong treatment

                      irudhayam's hospital is the worst hospital i ever seen.my father carry treatment for his heart once,at the next day he is feel fevery so we take him back to irudhayam's hospital,he admit my father there and carry treatment for 4 days-on these 4 days he did not allow any diabetic tabulet although we asked-at the same time- a minute wount in my fathers leg,doctor sed it's not a prob at all.on the 4rth day my father feel pain...

                      COMPULSORY UNWANTED TEST

                      Sir,

                      I had myself got admitted on 17.10.2009 for a Angiogram on the advise of a classmate cardiac surgeon. They made me do a lot of blood test, ECG, X-Ray, Echo- Cardiogram. They told me that it was the policy of the hospital to do all these. What will be the fate of a patient who doesn't carry adequate money. More over I had a complain of middle backache for which the neurologist had my L-S MRI scan done instead of middle...
