Hi..I purchase your kinder joy but in that kinder joy we got Elephant but that gift is not quality as per quality of kinder joy terms & conditions.
Along with the Catboury and that gift we could not satisfy.
you can take Rs-45 for that product but this cost is much more than product quality.
so, please change that product cost otherwise change product quality.

We Indians believe in Inclusion and Diversity but having these blue and pink variants does not give a good message to kids. Please stop associating blue with boys and pink with girls. 🙏

As we have been evolving into a society that is now becoming free of gender differences, I now watch how even kinder joy has brought out differences in the product.
In which I wonder there are kinder joy for girls and boys and
1.Is it that trans people don't get to buy the product?
2.why is it that girl is only for girls and blue for boys?
3.why are the toys being different, are there compulsion that girls play with only dolls and boys with cars?

As a consumer of products produced, I prefer not having such differences in products by which young minds tend to indirectly follow traditional thoughts that need to be removed of the society.

I used to LOVE kinderjoy just for your toys lets be frank most of the people love it for that only.
I want you all to restart the production for Disney princesses toys and disney Tinkerbell & friends toys.
Your sales would sky rocket if you started it again cause I'm 21 years old while my sister is 25 we still love to collect those cute toys.
Would love if kinderjoy re-start to sell those toys

i am regular customer of kinder joy as my son loves it, specialy for toys you provided, now a days i found the new verient for kinder joy of batman, wonder women toys edition i found that toys one hand are correctly place but second hand is wrong side place i have all charector that i found the one hand of the toys is wrong side direction . so i need to file the complaint aginst your company if you not take any action and refund me the amount i paid to you .

I was a regular consumer of kinderjoy till it changed colors to pink and blue for girls and boys. Seriously speaking I was shocked at the difference in gifts and also the ad you gave. In this era atleast we should not be discriminating so much between boys and girls. Can't you just make your chocolates unisex once again. And speaking of genders what about transgenders ?? Should they not eat your chocolates? What kind of toy can u gift them? I have a daughter and I would love to introduce her to the old kinderjoy because the new one I'm sure will make her think that she should love pink and play with dolls alone. And I don't want that for my daughter.

Today i purchased 2 kinder joy n i’m really disappointed with the toys...uhh guys need to improve toys variety e.g. batman, minion, whale, mohana, repanza, shinzan, spiderman, ironman, captain america, gamora, karl n ellie, thor, hulk, i’m groot, black widow etc Plzzzz consider this options.

This is to inform you you that kids are crazy about your product that they are crying for your product and they are more excited for the toy and you are providing worst toy. Is it good. My daughter cried for the same and i have to brought her kinder joy and she opened the toy part first and this is around more then 10 time she got this worst kind of gift. Twice she got small dall that's why she is asking for kinder joy. Please improve your gift in the same.

My 4 year old daughter is jus crazy abt kinderjoy, we regularly purchase kinderjoy from our nearby store. today when I purchased a kinderjoy for her, the toy part in it was missing and one part was doubled(extra toy part but not needed as it was extra) I have attached a pic with this complain...

I got a call from kinder joy and they told me that u r a winner for back 2 school contest and still no reply from their side, I completed all the formalities which I have to do ...no reply...I called up there and they told 1 month u got msg ..but no msgs ..I am calling there, nobody taking call also..just playing with the kids emotions ...child is waiting for cycle ...so worst ..

I've got a 6 year old boy and he loves the kinder joy so we normally play a game on who gets what, n yesterday I had the chocolate and it was rotten, I bought it from a pep store and I'm a pregnant women who knows what would have happened to me or my unborn baby if I ate it.i at least buy the kinder joy 3 times a week. And it made my heart very sore when I could not eat n share the chocolate with my son it's my first time that I came across something like this, n I really don't like what happened.

To whom it may concern, I have a 6 year old that loves these little treats, cannot wait to get home to open it and see his surprise, well to our surprise it was empty! My heart broke. He looked and me and said, "mom, I think they forgot to put my toy inside"! The only reference I can give you is that I bought this yesterday at our 17th Quarter Shoprite store, E14/05/16 - L260KJ-3, that is all. I would like kinder joy to stop gender stereotyping on their products. They are stereotyping blue and pink as masculine and feminine respectively . they also went further and are stereotyping toys by only giving Barbie's in kinder joy for girls and not for boys . and also reserving some toys to be supplied only with kinder joy for boys .this disgraceful act by kinder joy is creating a stereotype in the mind of small childrens which may grow with them and have adverse effects on our society. Thus I want to warn kinder joy to remove these stereotyping branding and call back these harmfull and manipulative products or they will face serious measures .

Dear KinderJoy My 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter are huge fans of KinderJoy. They regularly get them as a surprise. On opening my sons egg last night, we discovered that his toy has the incorrect parts. Instead of a back and front set of wheels, it had 2 sets of back wheels (the toy was the truck that incorporates the one side of the egg shell as part of the truck). This is the second time that we have received a toy with incorrect or missing parts. As the toy is just as much of a treat as the chocolate, this confusion of parts causes quite an upset for a little one. Code for the egg: L069KJ-1 (Expiry date: 05.11.15). I have a boy and a girl and it has happened 7 times that i have to go back and buy another set of kinder joy. Either there is NO toy or there is more than one part missing. That is not kinder joy that is kinder unhappiness!!! I am not impressed and this is not pleasant for my children!

I would like to complain about the discrimination and stereotype you are creating through your product as you have seperated kinderjoy for girls and boys. There is a gender stereotype which you are maintaining in the society that girls should always play with dolls and boys should play with cars. Don't you think that you are building a notion in the mind of young children that they are different and should be treated differently. Toys play a very important role in the life of a child thus, from your product you are creating a gender biased society. Kindly look after this complain and stop selling different toys or products to girls and boys.

Hi I would like to make a request regarding above subject. As u know that there many kids like my niece who can't take any milk products being milk and lactose allergic . I can't see the sad face of my 3yr old niece Whr ever she watches kinder joys adds on tv n on iPad . Trust me that's the most helpless and difficult situation for me. Please please try to invent these sweets with soya products so that all the kids in this world can enjoy freely their childhood and none has to subside their desire to be the part of this fun filled sweets. Good day I would like to lay a complaint regarding the Kinder joy. I have got a five year old and a seven year old they are both boys and they absolutely love Kinder Joy. Even though it is very expensive, I choose to buy it for my boys because when they get it their faces just lights up. However I'm extremely disappointed in the toys that they are getting. On several occasions there were parts missing from the toys and that is the most important thing they look out for the most. I cannot change it at the shop cause they keep telling me that it is not their fault. I really hope that someone can give a logical explanation to this. The price of the sweets kinder joy is Rs 30/ piece (thirty only) was charged on 30.12 1010 but the same was charged with Rs 40/ Forty only, ten rupees extra then the usual one on 31.12 2010. The price tag which was originally printed was omitted was written with pen .
The sweets was purchased from the basement of bigbazzar, Cosmos, sevoke road, siliguri west bengal.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter,kindly get it confirmed whether the charge was 30 rupees or is rs forty,or else I might have to move to the consumer forum.
