Kolkata Foreign Lcao — delay in clearing of shipment

My shipments is stuck in kolkata foreign lcao since 03-11-18. No update whatsoever after that. Have been trying to call the india post service and getting no response from them.

Due to festive season might be excess pressure for delivery but a response would have been great.

No update since last 9 days and the india post cannot help with the same.
