Kolkata Foreign Lcao — delay in handling goods

Dear sir,
I used ti purchase many items from different part of the world.in an emergency one of my article from china should be reached here quickly. Mostly i choose private firm for the delivery. They deliver the package in 15 days. I thought india postal will be faster than that i choosed india postal and paid 1500 extra for that. It been one month the item not delivered. It is stuck at kolkaka. Usually when it is reached india they were delivering in 5 days. But for india post it is there in kolkata, no update.
