My order is stuck at KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO for a long time. It was to deliver at my address at 26th of september but it has not been delivered till today. I request your authorities to take action aganist this as this parcel is urgent for me to take this to my hometown.Reference to our order no. 11928136 of[protected] for a parcel which has not been received by me till date. I have very much pressed for an urgent delivery as it is pending with us .This delay on your part is causing us considerable hinderance my work. I ordered an item from China on 07/08/18 and it received by customs on 14/08/18. Latest update is for same day transfer from office of exchange.
Today its 22/10/18 and i haven't yet received the parcel.
