Kolkata Foreign Lcao — delay in releasing courier

I ordered earphones from ali express cost around $17. Courier reached kolkata office on[protected] but till now no update regarding my courier. Even with clearance of custom they unable to send courier to delhi office. It seems like i am living in 80' when letters take weeks to reach to another city. I have seen lots of complaints same as mine.
