Kolkata Foreign Lcao — parcel stuck at lcao

My parcel from ali express with tracking number rb[protected]sg under the name rinchin tsomu have been stuck at kolkata foreign lcao since oct 25th. I gor no intimation or notification as to what do they want. It is just lying there. Also it is so difficult to get in touch with them. I live in delhi so i cannot even go there. Please helo get my package delivered
