I have ordered an electronic gadget from aliexpress and its order no/tracking number is rb[protected]sg and when i track the order it say "held by customs" in kolkata foreign lcao office i tried calling but no response from them no one picks up the phone sent emails but no response i feel very harrassed what to do now they don't even tell that what the issue or matter is there any documents required i can provide them but how to reach them i do not understand.
As i am in modi nagar ghaziabad its hard to get there in kolkata
