Please help with this matter, I have done txn of rs. 202 where money got deducted from my paytm wallet but I can't see txn details & status in komparify, also did not get voucher yet from komparify.my transaction is cancelled and mo money is not refund.please help mee

          I had sold my digital gold for inr 8396.07 in komparify.com with order #[protected] at[protected]:21

          They had promised me the credit of that amount to my bank account in 3 working days but still now i didnt recieved my amount and when i contacted them using the support link in their website they hadnt replied back

          Kindly assist me getting my money back as soon as possible

                  When i recharged for the first time to check the reliability of the app, i chose an amount of rs 101 and it was successful. After i developed confidence in the app, i decided to buy an amazon gift voucher of rs 505 and made the payment on the app. The amount was deducted from my paytm wallet while this app shows just no evidence of the transaction and there was no gift card received. I e - mailed and tried to contact the app owners but no response. This is a fraud app and people do not realise falling into its trap. Kindly take strict action against the app.

                    Even i dont know what is komparify but when i woke in today morning 3 messages are in my inbox one is amazon logged in from west bengal and second is payment of rs 152 on komparify is succesful & third is payment of rs. 71 on komparify is successful. What is this? I need an refund who logged in to my acount and how it is possible to use my money without my knowledge. Fedup with amazon pay never suggest amazon pay to any one

                      I was trying to buy a amazon gift from komparify using my paytm. The money of rs. 505 was deducted from my wallet and komparify shows that payment has been failed. Pls help.

                      A lot of complaints are in your website that it could be fraud.

                      Kindly help me get my refund in my paytm wallet. I am attaching the screenshot of my payment details in komparify and also my payment deduction from my wallet.

                          I have recharge to sun direct dth for a sum of rs. 230. But it was not successful and not shown in the sun direct parent gateway i enquired with sun direct customer care and they said its not reflected to my dth a count so far. Kindly make sure that the amount will be recharged successful to my sun direct dth number. Its not reflected to my account if not kindly take this as complaint and take action against my issue and do the needful asap. Whatever it may be kindly revert back and give response to my mail. As i complained about my dth recharge was not successful so far no action has been taken. Moreover no one has called me about this issue and solved my problem. Kindly do the needful at the earliest otherwise i have no other option and forced me to take an legal action against your company for unfair trade and business it causes deep mental agony and stressed. Kindly revert back as soon as possible and solve my issue. Kindly treat this as urgent and do the needful.

                            The balance was only rs 402.60. If at all more balance was there i would have lost completely

                              But still it's showing pending at pspcl end..
                              It's not fair..

                              Always komparify people says it's successful.. If it's successful then why it's showing pending at pspcl end.
                              Kindly either refund me or make my bill paid.

                                I purchased a amazon gift voucher of 400/- via paypal but it was not successful though the money was deducted. It even didn't shown in failed or pending transactions.. I also complainted to paypal customer service and they haven't processed yet... Are you trying to cheat the customers???.. Give me my money back... I also added a screenshot of my payment...

                                  I had placed a recharge request on komparify for bsnl of 449. Recharge got succeed but after sometime get to know that number does not belongs to bsnl its of airtel and I had selected service provider bsnl then how that recharge got succeed. Later get to know that sim service provider was bsnl but I had selected bsnl.
                                  Komparify is replying to emails by stating that recharge got succeed but they are not listening properly to my complain that if I had selected wrong service provider then how my recharge got succeed on wrong sp.
                                  Komparify had sent me a receipt of successful recharge of bsnl attaching the same and their reply against my complain.

                                      I have recieved notification about a purchase made to my card several times and i never made a purchase to this company. I have had this happen to me twice now each with several transactions that i have no idea what is being purchased. I would like my money back. This is a load of bull and should not be happening. If i see this happen again, i will be going to cancel my card and have the police involved.
