Hi this is Durga Prasad Lakkaraju my mail I’d [protected]@gmail.com I’ve purchase digital gold through recharge points after buy gold am trying to sell gold but can’t. Error popup is (transfer to that transfer instrument is not available now.) actually am trying to pay my electricity bill but transactions failed after transactions failed I use to recharge points for buy gold. But can’t sell the gold so please give permission to sell my gold or please sent back to my money to source account or at least recharge points.

      For the disputed order, recharge was in pending from the opeartor end, recharge status has double checked from the opeartor end and the automation process moved to faillure. And we also see that for the purchase sell was also successfully happened and the amount was also sucessfully added, Snapshot attached for purchase and sell gold. KFA

                    As we the sell gold was confirmed and transfer to the given UPI initiated and received the status as a failure from bank operator end.
                    The reason may failure (server downtime from bank operator end, Not approved by bank end. Limit issue, KYC issue, Not verified etc., ).

                        As we the gold purchase order was bought successfully for the order_id <[protected]> and the sell also successful gold confirmed and transfer to the given UPI also initiated successfully for the order_id <[protected]>. The bank transfer usually takes 3 working days to reflect in the source account.

                        If not reflected in 3 days, then kindly mail to [protected]@komparify.com with the following details
                        UPI statement and the bank statement which is associated with the UPI_id
                        From 21st June to 24 June and in the statement account number, IFSC code, from date to date account holder name in pdf, so that we can escalate the same to the bank operator end.

                          We had tried more than 4 times to sell the order to the given UPI_id, but all the times it gets failed, and also we conveyed the same on the ticket which you had raised on komparify <Id 406727> .

                          The bank transfer may get failed Due to the following reason (blocked from bank end or cyber, limit issue, KYC not updated, Server downtime from bank operator end., etc)

                          Kindly raise the ticket from the komparify account for which the order belongs with valid verified UPI_id to [protected]@komparify.com. So that we can process.

                          For Digital GOld need to raise only from the registered account. As we see you are raising tickets from multiple accounts to which the order does not belong.

                            As We conveyed already for the ticket_id <388271> You had purchased digital gold and which was a success. And for the digital gold refund is not possible. You can sell the gold only.

                            Usually, we used to share the details only for the registered account for which the order/transaction happened.

                            And when we see the details which we received from another mail account, we consider it as suspicious and banned the komparify account and also conveyed the same.

                            To unban the kindly mail to [protected]@komparify.com to the registered account from where the gold order belongs to

                                      The Gold sale was completed successfully. A refund or reversal is not possible if the gold sale happened.

                                      The Bank transfer had got failed due to either one among these reasons (Payment gateway downtime, Limit issue, verification issue from your end and invalid UPI Id, etc).
