I've paid 990 rs on 3rd january for bill payment of ca no. [protected]. And today, i've got a message thru email that your recharge has failed, and points has been refunded back.
And when i checked my account on their website, www.komparify.com, i've shocked that no points are refunded yet, as recharge is still showing in pending state.
Order #[protected]
Kindly inform komparify team, to refund my money or process this electricity bill as today is last date of due.

Don't know why consumer complaint team still not forwarded my complaint to komparify?

Updated by AFsane DReam I don't think, consumercomplaints.in will help me out in this case, justice in india take an ages to resolve. Komparify Should Be Banned Now, If Its Only Care About Money They Received.
And transaction does not give any update of my purchase or any details
