I purchased myntra voucher of 300 through amazon pay balance. But i didnt recieved any voucher. My money got debited from amazon pay bal.. And in recharge history it doesn't show anything at all... What i got was a message as "payment of rs.300.00 on komparify is declined. Please try again.in case money has been debited from your account it will be refunded in 5-7 days."... Such a bad service. I need my money back now...

Today i recharged my airtel tv having customer id ([protected]) with roi-pb-jk-hr-hp plan having value of rs 360 and my money got deducted from my account. I recharged through phonepe. Please refund my money back. And let me know when my money will be refunded back and how can i check about resolution of complaint posted. This is the second time i am facing this problem....

On dated 18 august 2019 at 15:06 hrs someone has transacted my rs 3975 amazon pay balance on komparify without my notice.

I recharged dth package for one year, but still many channels are missing, i complaint 2 times from mobile app but no body have given any respond, i don't know your service is week or you are cheating with customer.

Sir i have recharged 1404 rupees sundirect recharge of card nor [protected] of kannada value pack on 23/4/2019. But till now my dth is recharged yet. I have made payment through your web address. I got message that the money had sent to cheeni labs private limited which i have made payment through your web address.. So please take serious response by either recharging my dth or refunding my money back...

I bought a flipkart gift voucher of ₹500.The send invalid voucher.I mailed them many times .The just said we are resolving this issue but still they are not resolving my problem.Today the mailed new voucher but both the voucher(old) is same and not working.Please provide the valid voucher or refund my money.

I made a transaction to buy amazon gv of 1000 rs from sbi netbanking, my payment was deducted but transaction failed.
I sent mails but cc is asking me for komparify order id but as the transaction was failed order id was not generated but payment deducted. I already attached bank statement in email id.
Please reverse the transaction and refund my amount....

I never used komparify portal and one odd day i got a transaction notification from amazon pay balance, made to this portal. I confirmed that no one from my near and dear ones made this transaction, so i am not even sure how and for which service this transaction has been made.
I believe this portal is hacking account details of different wallets randomly and making the payments. I realized it when i came to know that few others also...

Sir, i made a payment to komarify.com for a amazon gift voucher worth 1000 using payumoney. Order id:[protected] as recharge failed they added money into recharge points and disabled my account. I couldn't use it now as my account is disabled. I think they are cheating me in this way. Please make them to refund my money into source account through which i paid. Thanks....

I got a call on 15th Jan 2019 at around 1.45 pm. The person asked me details of paytm tricky and Rs.2000 was deducted from my paytm wallet. The number from which I received a call is [protected].

I want to know the details of the ID which got charged from my wallet money and want my money back . Also, want to catch the person for his fraud....

I've paid 990 rs on 3rd january for bill payment of ca no. [protected]. And today, i've got a message thru email that your recharge has failed, and points has been refunded back.

And when i checked my account on their website, www.komparify.com, i've shocked that no points are refunded yet, as recharge is still showing in pending state.

I purchased amazon gift voucher amounting rupees 100 from komparify and paid using mobikwik wallet.

I have tried to recharge my mtnl mobile no. [protected] through paytm walled. The amount was successfully deposited into the account of komparify by paytm, but my phone was neighter recharged nor the amount returned to paytm walled. My paytm account is on my mobile no. [protected]. It is therefore requested to look into the matter.

Payment of 749 for sundirect dth was made on 14.11.18, still activation code has not been received for installation of dth.

No response from komparify team. Many feeback is sent to them. Pls activate or refund the money back

After seeing in consumer complaints.in i have found that many have faced the same situation. If they are not really giving discount and not able to co-ordinate with the dth distributor or...

Komparify is not at all trust worthy app as i had recharge twice for dth. Both times it shows unsuccessful recharge but both times balance from my account is deducted. I have checked several times. As i used freecharge and mobikwik for dth recharge. And at both sites all details are available. If it sends me message o[censored]nsuccessful recharge then how they can deduct money from my account and if it is deducted as per rules then after unsuccessful...

Flipkart blocked my account by giving invalid reason. bole rhe h aap product resell krte ho. a giftcard is added in my account. flipkart wale bol rhe h ki komparify ke bt kro aur komparify wale bol rhe h flipkart walo ke bt kro. i donot know anything i want to my gv back either from flipkart or komparify.

I tried to make payment of electricity bill through this website. The transaction has failed. I applied for a refund but there is no reply from the customer care. The amount is huge approx 8500 inr. I need the money back but there is no way of contacting them apart from email and they do not reply back. Try to understand as it is a huge amount and if not returned it will be problematic to me.
