As i've checked now, the payment i've paid on 16th dec for ca no. [protected] amounting rs 3930. Yet to be updated in electricity account. Even i talked to tata power ddl customer care over phone, they confirmed no such payment received till now.

According to tata power, they receive payment after verification, and then reflect within 2 hours which is usually always happens, but this time seems be off.
I am requesting you, either help me out by contacting them to update or refund my money now if you can't.
Because 18th is due date afterwards my connection will be disconnected for not paying the dues.
Below are the details of payment i made via komparify, and confirmation not receive yet from tata power ddl.
