This company is running a scam by not putting through payments of a sizeable minority who make on-line payments via this portal! I have recently become one of many victims. I made a payment of rs1209/- to videocond2h through komparify but v. D2h has never rec'd this payment...
Queries/ complaints to komparify are met with gibberish responses - quoting numerous transaction id. S with large numbers - in slow-motion, after about a week each time. Various consumer fora have a large no. Of complaints, similar in nature.
I would be happy to share with any investigator, my correspondence with komparify.com.

Ordered the dth on Aug 2 2018. Ref no[protected]. Have not received the product yet nor any communication from them after payment. This is not a proper way to deal with customers. I need m product delivered immediately or refund back my amount with in today evening to my bank account. I can't wait any more. Real cheaters. People please don't believe their discounts. They are fake. They just take away your money and go away. No customer care to call them.

I placed airtel dth setup box on 23rd feb 2018. I believe the words of a person who called from kompaify and said same day installation. After 15days also they haven't taken any initiative to forward my order to airtel. Even i didn't receive a call neither from kompaify nor from airtel.
I feel there is no coordination and no proper follow-up proceedure they have.

I request at least respond on this post and call back to me.

I saw the sun dircet dth connection at less price at 749 inr and i purchased but the product still not received what i have to do. Even komparify as don't have a customer care number to contact their. I called the bsnl customer care and they have confirmed that the above plan doesn't exists at thier end. So, on what basis. The data plan was updated on dec23 by komparify and required plan was not activated. Please don't update wrong plan s in site, without verifying. As it impact s both customer and komparify site.

As i've checked now, the payment i've paid on 16th dec for ca no. [protected] amounting rs 3930. Yet to be updated in electricity account. Even i talked to tata power ddl customer care over phone, they confirmed no such payment received till now.

According to tata power, they receive payment after verification, and then reflect within 2 hours which is usually always happens, but this time seems be off.

I am requesting you, either help me out by contacting them to update or refund my money now if you can't.

Because 18th is due date afterwards my connection will be disconnected for not paying the dues.

On 4th dec'17, i was tried to top up for my mobile no.[protected] through your link rs.220/-. First time it was successful.
