    I'm unable to sell my gold at komparify.com my registered mobile number is [protected] and registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
    Komparify customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Hi Sir,

    Gold sales can be processed only after 4 days from the time of gold purchase.

    The Minimum amount to sell the gold is Rs 100 for bank transfer. To sell the gold click on the below link

    (https://recharge.komparify.com/digital_gold/sell_gold )

    Enter either the amount or Gold-in grams (which is available in your digital account balance.)

    Thereafter to transfer the amount to the bank account enter the valid bank beneficiary details. It may take 5 to 6 working days to reflect in the bank account.

    If still the issue persists kindly mail us with the snapshot of the error so that we can check and help you much better

        On the date 11th Feb, I purchased gold : they have not clarified any details that gold can't be sold before 4 days which is really disguisting . Today I sold the gold, the gold balance has been deducted from komparify and safe gold portal also . Where as I have entered my UPI Id- If any transaction is made it should credit immediately on successful transaction . But I checked the status they haven't made the transaction also, it's pending from this company's end only . I have waited already 4 days, I am not waiting another day for this . I need the amount to be transaction and transaction details o[censored]PI transfer now . I haven't ate anything since yesterday just because I have no money . Where as other companies process this immediately but you guys taking unnecessarily this long hours to do this . Check attached filed for the order I'd and and refund status shows transfer is pending . Clear this, humble request

                Fund transfer initiated is in a pending state from the bank-end. If the payment is confirmed as a success, the amount will get automatically transferred to the bank account which you had given.
                If it is in failure the amount will get automatically added in your digital gold wallet.
                The process may take 5 to 6 working days to reflect in the account.
                Isell my gold 4 days back ...nd i still not get my money in my bank account ...plss solve my problem

                  4 days ago from the komparify i purchased disgital gold . My order id is[protected]. now I am going to sell it, even after the 96 hours it failed everytime tried it many times but everytime it failed I request you to resolve it quickly...i purchased gold on 27/01/2022. More than 4 days are over till now only showing wait for 96 hours. This is making people fools. I request to return my money.

                  I have tried all steps that u told still showing same now tell what to do. U all are making fools to customers. I have mailed many time to customer support did not got any response.i want my money back otherwise i will complain to cyber crime.
                  Transfer of digital gold is not happening, Despite giving correct bank account and IFSC code they say that the account number and IFSC code is not correct, it's been 3 days still not able to take the amount Order id[protected], please send me the money or else I will complaint to cybercrime.

                        First of all I had to wait for 4 days to sell the digital gold and on that I had to pay the heavy extra amount they deduct from the money. And when I tried to sell the digital gold i couldn't. I tried it for 10 to 50 times then the gold was sold but the money wasn't transferred to my account. They said we had to wait for 3 days for funds but it has been many days since that notice there are no signs of replies for the mails too.

                              The order_id which you had provided is the transaction details of the gold which you had purchased. And we see that current gold balance is 0.6560gms, And we see there is no transaction which you had tried to sell. Kindly sell the gold, to process the settlement.

                                        I sold gold worth 4238.29Rs
                                        And transaction of gold selling got failed.

                                        But money haven't been credit back to my gold
                                        Account
