I have facing similar problem. A lady is calling me since 15th november, and using slang languages and continuously ringing and ringing. And when i received call, she started again the same issue that someone has taken a barclay bank on[protected] and there is an pending amount which is not associated with me. I am not aware of anything. I have told her many times. But she called again and again and user slang languages. And all the time she mentioned that she is calling from kotak mahindra. As a customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank. This to raise a complaint towards the credit card recovery agent named Raju #[protected]. His rude behavior towards my parents is resulting in which myself Neetha U Jagatap is not going to pay the balance amount of the credit card till this problem is solved.
