Kotak Mahindra Bank — Abusive language by collection agents | |||
I have been receiving calls from Hyderabad Somajiguda Kotak Mahindra bank collection agents, stating that my husband had a loan with ABN Amro and that they are using abusive language to find him. Despite mentioning that am no more staying with him, they seem to not understand english and speaking anti-woman abusive language liking me with several men. They also sent me messages on whatsapp. Am likely to report to police on this issue. The caller names Srikanth, Srinivas, Madhu, priyanka etc seem to have absolutely no ethics of calling. They call late evenings and my office land lines and also speaking to other colleagues. This is really tarnishing my image. when am not the said defaulter, why on earth should i listen to this? i have also mailed to RBI Ombudsman and no reply from them as well. Am not sure how can this be such a insensitive issue. Is this the way we speak to our country women? The meaning of this is to ask me that i need several men. I cant believe a woman speaking this to another woman.
Post this whatsapp, i again received a call from Manager Srinivas who spoke even further bad language.
I would want to file FIR on these two people
