Kotak Mahindra Bank — amount deposited to disabled zebpay account | |
Yesterday[protected] i had deposited rs.10000 by my given "unique customer id" (As provided by zebpay) in my zebpay's wallet with the transaction details - "imps/p2a/[protected]/razrzeb[protected]k & ifsc code - : kkbk0000958. But the deposited amount was not yet credited to my zebpay wallet, after waiting for hours i tried to look into the process and then i came to know that the express transfer facility of zebpay is not working. I had already made deposits in this given account by zebpay but suddenly out of nowhere they just changed the accounts plus they even changed the bank details in the previous transaction receipts which is a very serious issue.. I have the copy of my previous transactions which clearly proves that there is definitely something going on with the zebpay wallet system... How can they change the details in the receipt of previous transactions?? So i am confused about my funds now.. Is this a fraud or my funds are stuck? Or i am going to get my funds back as the amount was deposited in a disabled account (As mentioned by the zebpay team) which means that no deposits should be accepted as well but yet i see no positive response from the zebpay team.
