Kotak Mahindra Bank — auto debit failure fee | |
I am using kotak credit card by paying yearly maintenance fee of 500rs and on top of this kotak bank is charging me 500rs on my credit card bill from past 3 months as auto debit failure fee. Why kotak bank is not letting users to know these kind charges? If they charging like this then why need to pay 500rs as yearly as most all other company giving credit card for free. Kotak Customer Care Center : do please call me @ [protected], I tried calling your service number[protected] but couldn't able to speak your executive on top of it, , you dont provide Free Customer Tele Service which is given by other banks :( :( :(
