Kotak Mahindra Bank — complaint about charge dispute form

My name is govinda and i had ordered a product of rs.584.20 amazon brand shirt and vaseline lotion in amazon on 30/09/2019 & i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 2/10/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

And on 10/11/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money.
