Kotak Mahindra Bank — fraudulent transaction on credit card on 08.11.2017 | |||||
Six fraudulent transactions were made on 08.11.2017 on my kotak mahindra bank credit card. The payment were done online on itunes. The amount was 7900 (6 times). The bank was involved in the fraud as it allowed the transaction to go well beyond the credit limit. The total fraud was 47400/- i am not aware of the % share of kotak bank. When i called customer care he told problem will be resolved within 45 days and if it was my fault interest will be charged for those days. When i told it was not my fault and in that case i need to approach police he refrained me from doing so and advised to wait for 45 days. It only made my belief of kotak involvement deeper. My complaint no. Is sr#1-[protected]. I have learned my lesson to refrain from such fraud and cheap bank who are in search of duping people of hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
