Dear Sir/ Madam, I am customer of ING Vasya Bank which is migrated now with Kotak Mahindra Bank, in my Savings Account XXXX3473 i am getting regular deduction from my account behalf of "Non Maintenance Charges" . but i would like to inform you that this account is zero balance account so under policy Kotak Mahindra Bank deducting the amount from account, if there any policy kindly share the details of policy ... and kindly refund all the deducted amount of Non Maintenance Charges.. Please close the my Kotak Bank account i request u 'every month Kotak will cut my amount from my account I 'll cal & ask ur bank he 'll say u have non maintain i was maintain my account from last 3 months then Kotak Bank was cut the amount please i request u as soon as possible u close the account my account no is [protected]
