[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — insurance policy

Insurance policy no - 0278938;i have sent many mails repeatedly but no response only for payment kotak is very active on follow ups but when it comes to customer complains no response i want to stop my policy and no one response. (Kolkata park street branch)

I need someone to call and discuss from kotak to response on my mail and give me a solution on this.

AM STILL WAITING FOR THE SOLUTION TOOKK MY MONEY BUT NO DOCUMENTS RECEIVED FAKE FRAUD KOTAK, , Mr.uday kotak not s singe person reverts back after so many mails . pathetic in comparison to other banks .

Updated by Rachel Koshy PATHETIC COMMUNICATION FROM KOTAK CUSTOMER PEOPLE EVEN AFTER WRITING MAIL TO THE CEO, MD MR.UDAY KOTAK([protected]@kotak.com), Mr. D Gupta (jmd.[protected]@kotak.com) etc many more mail id, but as usual no one even bothers to solve my issue above all i keep getting fake calls fromkotak and not a single person is qualified enough to handle my case policy no . 2789386 (Mrs. Megha R. Koshy.
NEVER FACED SUCH AN ISSUE BEFORE ITS ABSOLUTELY FRAUD TOOK MY MONEY BUT NO DOCUMENTS RECEIVED .SHAM ON YOU kotak .i will file a complain and take it legal this time .

Sir i have transafer money from icici to my kotek account and icici bank money has debit but in kotek bank account has not credit so kindly resolve issue .
