Kotak Mahindra Bank — money debited but transaction failed | |||
I have tried to transfer rs. 339 to my other account via imps. However after a long wait i have recieved a message saying that the transaction failed through the kotak app. But a minute later i received a message from the bank with the imps reference number stating that the amount has been deducted from my account. The same was shown in the account overview page in the kotak app as well. However my other bank to which i've tried to transfer the money has not been credited. Before few days your executive has ringed up me and informed me about approvel of my card.
He asked some one will come to me to take my id .he said also, my card is alreday approve.
was this real of fraud.?
