[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — No online recharge and amount deducted | |||||
I had done twice online recharge the same day from 2 atms and 300rs from each card has been deducted without any recharge.11 days have passed but i've not get my money back. My debit cards are of punjab national bank and indian overseas bank. Kindly help me out, i've lost 600 rupees in total while doing online recharge which didn't even happened. Kotak services are not good and i'm never going to use this anymore while online transaction. I'll be humbled if some steps can be taken soon in my favor.
