Sir my loan acc no spln59307660 from kotak bank Loan amount 300000 took on 2014 Emi 8160 every month 10th which get auto debit from my bank of baroda acc no Sir i paid each emi on time but this may month as emi not debited on time i call to kotak bank costumer care and spoke to telecaller reshma with complain no she provide 1-[protected] And ask me to rest emi to deposit in bank personally and when i ask her to do auto debit she deny and warn about my cibil score negativity And today i recieve sms without any step taken by the bank the complain no has been closedand the put my cibil negative So kindly take necessary step Thanking you Regards Dr sahoo Was this information helpful? | |||
