Kotak Mahindra Bank — Refund initiated amazon but not receive

I have paid amount 12060 September 13/09/21 Monday evening in amazon and I have canceled the order unfortunately and I'm call to aske the amazon customer care center there are saying your money will refund till 18/09/21 I'm not receive the full refund amount 12060 rupees I have received just 100 from amazon Wednesday evening 15/09/21 so my pending amount is 11960 I'm not received
