Kotak Mahindra Bank — refund of my irctc amount

Its chirag! I have cancelled ticket i. E ntsk to hwh of pnr no. [protected] and transaction id. [protected] and the refund of amount 2380 was processed on 16th august with reference id.[protected] which has not yet been credited in bank account as i have contact my bank and they said we didn't recieve any such transaction and then i have contacted irctc helpline no. And didn't recieve any solution please help me out and look towards this issue and credit the amount in my bank account as soon as possible.
