[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — reg refund of rs. 4620/- on cancellation ticket | |
This is to inform you that, i, rekha had booked rail ticket from hyd to qln by on line payment through kotak mahindra bank via rupay card issued by federal bank (Transaction id is:- [protected]) and cancelled the same rail ticket on[protected], with cancellation id - ([protected]) from hyd to qln.. It is showing that irctc has refunded the money to your bank account on 11.4.2018 with reference no.[protected] but i haven't got the amount of rs. 4620/- in my account. My bank by which i made the payment is federal bank Now it is showing that refund has been initiated by irctc, but i have not got the refund in my bank account from which i had paid till now. It is showing that irctc has refunded the money to your bank account on 11.4.2018 with reference No. 809209396943 but i haven't got the amount of Rs. 4620/- in my account. My bank by which i made the payment is Federal Bank.Now it is showing that refund has been initiated by IRCTC, but i have not got the refund in my bank account from which i had paid till now. Kindly have a look at this matter for which i will be grateful to you.It is Most urgent. Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
