Kotak Mahindra Bank — unethical behavior & beat me for getting due related | |||
Respected, I taken car loan from kotak mahindra prime ltd., madurai. Due to my business loss & financial situation, i can't able pay my due for last few months. For this cause, collection agent (Hari haran) from kotak mahindra prime ltd,. (Who did n't having proper id proof) deals me by using abused words, unethical behavior and he (Collection agent) beat me severely, i upload the photo copy for proof... I also compliant to mr. Kanagavel (Direct staff, car loan, madurai) regarding this problem but he reply me "it will happen usually if any customer didn't pay due" and he supports to those collection agent. So i need a resolution for this problem, pls help me from this unethical behavior persons. Myself & my family so afraid from this activities of kotak mahindra bank... Pls save us...
