I have informed the customer care agents for Kotak Securities about the discrepancy, I have asked them to contact the said Mr.Ritesh Singh and to update their records. But this is in vain. This has been continuing for numerous months. Please do the needful as soon as possible....

Misleading information was given to me by one of the advisors at kotak securities customer care. After that I called atleast 15 times to fix the problem but everytime they promise call back.
