Sir, i submit mysurrender request of my kotakinsurance policy no 01738892 on dated 12/04/2017 and 18/05/2017. I submit all documents required by companey like my aadhaar card, pan card, bank varification letter, my college identy card, etc but company decline my request by flimsy ground 'signature not match with old signature" f four times (Dated 14/04/2017, 22/04/2017, 24/04/2017 and24/05/2017) company declined my surrender request. This is harrassingthe policy holder by company. There are so many way to verify my identy but company didnot try any other option.
