I have complained twice the day i received your 2 shirts but there is no one to respond and collect back this shirts. As per your policy you collect in 5 days but now more than 10/12 days have passed. My ticket no is 15958924/15959017.in pictures you show very neat and clean shirt and good quality but when it gets delivered to customer it looks as we have purchased from roadside

Dear Team,

As per the query regarding order[protected] / 3467296 received to customer on 26 July and from the date of delivery we have 5 days return policy.
We have received the mail from buyer to return the product on 27 July, as per the mail we have replied with the process of initiating return online through web or app. but buyer did not initiated return return online.
Again we received the mail on 29 July where we have again informed to initiate return online buyer still not initiated return.

Hence after 5 days return of the order got cancelled automatically as per the kraftly policy.

Now as per the policy we cannot take the product in return, which is already informed to buyer.
