My order number 854260 was shipped and received the item under cod. But order status is showing as cancelled. The order was delivered but not satisfied as the product shown was not delivered. I have requested the kraftly team to check into the matter. But there response received as quoted below. = Hi, Greetings from kraftly, I apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. We will not be able to process with the same as its been shipped by the seller outside kraftly. You will have to directly coordinate with the seller.
