I have closed my all loan with krazybee and they haven't provide NOC yet...it was during corona ...after 2 years they send me mail station a police complain can file against me ..this is harrashing people and krazybee have to resolve it asap or i have to move with legal proceeding and filed a case of 5000 against defamation and harrashment

As per Krazybee Services Private Limited record, an outstanding amount reflecting Rs. 4, 609 against my Personal loan account number (KZ191219VLGLA)

I have paid full amount Rs.4, 609 (Four Thousand six Hundred & Nine Rupees) via NEFT mode on dated 9th May 2023, against my Personal Loan Account Number:-KZ191219VLGLA from my Bank of Baroda Account. The transaction UTR Number from Bank of Baroda is (BARBP[protected]). The payment receipt is attached herewith for the reference.
I almost send them 15-20 e-mails to Krazybee Services Private limited on email id [protected]@kreditzy.com & on email id [protected]@krazybee.com but they are not ready to give NDC for my Krazybee Personal Loan accounts Number (KZ191219VLGLA).
The are not even replying after receiving this particular amount.

Team please clear asap,

1. My loan account showing wrong details I cleared my all dues on time but still showing settled status on my credit report request you to please resolve it.
I have a payment successful mail on 4/09/2018 or in my report also delayed payment on September please check & resolve

2. In morning I have received a msg also attached, please check and clear this also...

3. Please close my account on crazybee there no payment due on my side...

This side Ms. Renu, I had taken a personal loan from Krazybee Services Private Limited on dated 19th December 2019, My loan account number is KZ191219VLGLA, I had paid all the outstanding amount against this personl loan. But still my civil is showing an unpaid personal loan amounting 4, 049 rupees from Krazybee services private limited. Personal Loan Account Number as KZ191219VLGLA. The Account status is showing as SF/WD/WO/SET/RES

How do I suppose to pay or clear this unpaid personal loan amount to get rid it off from my civil. Please inform me & why this loan is not settling through my Loan Account Number:-KZ191219VLGLA

I have already paid off my loan from KrazyBee, but for some reason, it is still showing as pending in my credit report. I am willing to pay any remaining amount that may be due, but unfortunately, I have been unable to contact KrazyBee's customer support team as their phone lines seem to be closed. Can you suggest any other ways that I can reach out to them and get this issue resolved?

Am not take any 1 rupees loan krazybee but received this message plz take a legal action nd resolved it as soon as possible

I have paid all dues and this krazybee app is also not availble to check out and i remeber i have paid all the dues they also took screenshots long back and said it will be resolved now it is showing 20k outstanding i never ever took loan more tn 3k and i have paid it all purposefully they are trying to grab money please give me a solution

I did not take any loan from krazybee company 1 loan linked with my pan, and showing overdue, hit my cibil, kinldy check and remove from cibil loan acc. Number is kb191023nlseh

I Recently Checked my Credit Score and it Still Showing 1 Loan pending
but I Didn't Had any Loan pending.
Please Solve this issue because my credit score turning out to be very bad....

Today I was checking my CIBIL Report and a Enquiry of Rs 3000 (Three Thousand) has been generated by the name KRAZYBEE on 15-Mar-2023.
I have not applied for any such loan and I want it to be resolves as soon as possible

I am writing to dispute an overdue payment entry on my CIBIL report that is showing as being from KrazyBee Services Private Limited. I would like to state that I have never taken a loan or availed any services from KrazyBee Services Private Limited. Therefore, the entry is incorrect and is affecting my credit score.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to correct my CIBIL report. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update regarding the status of this issue as soon as possible.

My credit report showing a krazybee loan entry that I haven't taken and because of that the loan that I have applied is not getting approved.
Please find attached photo. And resolve as early as possible.
I need to get that loan approved urgently please take this query as urgent.

Hi In my CIBIL it was showing 17 loans are pending 10 from Krazybee and 7 loans from iifl . On Connecting with iifl they told me this iifl loans are coming from Krazybee. They are saying Krazybee had taken money on behalf of your account. I connected with Krazybee and they told me after doing payment for Krazybee loans . These all 17 loans will be closed. I done the payment on[protected] . I asked them for NDC on which they give me NDC for just 3 accounts. On asking again they send me NDC for 6 iifl loans in which there is no where mention that this close my Krazybee account as well. On asking them they told me these Krazybee and iifl loans are same therefore they send the iifl NDC . I submitted that NDC in SBI . But they told me this is not applicable because there is no where mention that it closed that 7 Krazybee loans. These NDC are for iifl loans

I almost send them 10-15 mails to Krazybee but they are not ready to give NDC for 7 Krazybee closed accounts.
